The poem book talks about the origins of "negro" and "nigga," and how the two are no more than a dialect form of "nigger."

INTRODUCTION

IHAVE SOMETHING TO SAY TO GENUINE BLACK, BROWN, AND WHITE BROTHERS AND SISTERS

There always seems to be a problem when Black people speak or strive for Black unity, independence, or consciousness.  Some people criticize or despise a Black Brother and Sister for promoting or speaking about Black excellence.  They believe this promotes hatred or racism among other ethnic groups.  Then there are others describing Black unity and independence as a Black Nationalist movement.

White supremacists describe Black movements as a Black separatist or hate group, but Black and common sense people know Black people have never been in a position of economic and political power to become a racist in this day and time. However, the close and small-minded people accept this false propaganda.

This misconception Black unity, independence, and Black consciousness promotes racism or division among other ethnic groups, are lies, reverse racism and a strategy to hinder Black people from uniting.  Black conscious Black people practice and promote love, equality, peace, unity, freedom, and justice among all walks of life.

Nevertheless, does this mean Black people in America should not practice and promote unity, love, equality, peace, freedom, and justice among themselves? Black people in America have a divine right to become Black conscious, seek independence, or unity.

This divine right was created from the moment Black people were placed into slavery.  This divine right was created

from the moment Black people were rob and rape of their identity, culture, and way of life. This divine right was created from the moment the United States made slavery legal in America. 

This divine right was created from the moment Black people were slaughtered by the fascist and/or police brutality.  The Black Brothers and Sisters who are physically alive, are suffering economic inequality, mass incarceration, and Black on Black violence regularly.  If you are a Black, White, or Brown person standing against Black excellence, then I am against you.
