Limping Into Destiny

About this ebook
There was a time when I would say, "I was just born to suffer." Then I met Christ and He taught me I suffered because I was born to help people find freedom through their trials and pain. Life is indeed a journey, and there have been times when I was able to run fast, other times I walked, and in some cases, I have even limped but in every case, I have always pushed forward. Through my story, you are going to find strength, encouragement, inspiration, and motivation to move forward in your life. Limping into Destiny explores the author's journey through suffering, and what she learned about herself when faced with heartbreak and disappointment. The story of Pheonicia is both grounding and inspiring—it reminds the reader that the love of God is eternal and His mercy towards us is never ending.

I want to Thank God for believing in me, seeing my potential, and sending the right people to cultivate my gifts. You faithfully pushed me into my destiny.
God’s greatest gift to me was my mother, Mae Jesse Glover. She will forever be my mother, my friend, and my teacher. My mother is the reason I developed to be a woman of character and integrity. Her nuggets of wisdom guided me through the most stressful times of my life. My mother is the woman that exhibited what the words in Proverbs 31. I salute you mommy, always. To my father Phoenix, and stepmother Katherine, I love you both. My God sister Sheletha, you were my voice when I couldn’t speak for myself. You model what the Bible calls, A friend that sticks closer than a brother.
Bryan, Brionica and Brileigh,my heart beats; I love you all.
My church family, thank you for sticking with me while God was processing me. You define what God talks about by showing love one to another. My Pastor, Robert Thomas, thank you for faithfully sharpening the iron, and to the ministerial staff of Lincoln Park Ministries, it’s all love.
Walking in Destiny,
PHEONICIA WILLIAMSON
Introduction
My name is Pheonicia Michelle Williamson and I want to share with you the process of how I limped into Destiny
. As I walk you through my journey, I hope and pray you will get fresh revelations, inspiration, and willpower to walk through your journey with your head held high. I have been through much in my life and at each high and low point I have learned God not only wanted me to see His hand of guidance in my life, but that He wanted me to use my voice to help other see Him in their lives as well.
As you read my story, you will notice that specific chapters in this book have a series of questions to ask yourself. I do understand that these questions may not be easy to answer. I have discovered that our ability to find the healing love of the Savior depends on our ability to let go of the need to be our own healer. You will find not only questions, but you will also find areas to write out the answers to certain questions. The ability to journal your ideas or list out action steps you will take.
This book was born from my life’s trials and tribulations. When the excruciating pain speaks to your mind to seek vengeance and revenge, you then must allow your thoughts to be rerouted. True healing is what leads me to a greater solution, and with my results, I’m now able to help others. Helping others with what I’ve gone through took me off the island of oneness. In this project, freedom came out of me. The feeling of inadequacy died from within me. The sound of my voice/ thoughts was as sweet as a honeycomb within my soul. It magnified the sound of victory instead of the all too familiar emotions of defeat I had become too comfortable with. I used to say, I was born to suffer,
but revelation was being revealed that I suffered because I was born to help others find life.
After Chapter 8 of this book, you will see a section entitled, The Power of Sisterhood.
This section is a compilation from several of my sisters
on the topic of establishing a network of like-minded friends as you go through our life’s journey. We are in this together.
My prayer is that through my willingness to use my voice, you will find the strength to use yours!

Who Am I
THE ME I LET PEOPLE SEE
The posture of a little child can and will tell you a lot about them.
I can basically say I had an outstanding childhood but if people would have paid attention when they saw me back then, they
