Letter To An Unborn Congresswoman - Lisa Brown
About Hey, listen
Hey, listen
is an anthology of stories Violet and Lisa created together over a period of several years. Each title is a fictionalized story, stylized as a letter, of people who were forced to confront powerful self-deceptions about the world and about their world. Any such ordeal is enduring and painful, but also eye-opening and life-changing.
––––––––
Progress and happiness, key themes in all the stories, are not unrelated to social issues; any society ruled by corruption, injustice, ignorance, exploitation, nepotism, prejudice and systemic inequality will sabotage or destroy people's chances to achieve progress and find happiness. Any society that promotes social justice, transparency, accountability, wisdom and equal opportunities will enhance people's chances to achieve progress and find happiness.
About Letter To An Unborn Congresswoman
A law student writes to an unborn congresswoman offering a legislative proposal to protect the rights of unborn babies.
––––––––
This is the story of a young woman, a law student, who writes a law to make sure no baby is killed; no baby, no embryo, no fetus, no sperm. So, she sends a letter to the Congress. The letter is sixty articles of legislation that connects abortion rights for women to masturbation rights for men. She argues that if women shouldn't decide what happens to a fetus, men shouldn't decide what happens to sperm. Fetuses are unborn babies. Sperm is unborn babies. This law is about protecting by all legal means available all unborn babies.
Invitation To A Journey
Every book, song, film, music, performance, painting, drawing, sculpture, photograph, poem is a creation. Every creation tells a story. Every story starts a journey. What a celestial event then is when travelers reach their destination through a stranger's journey.

Dear reader, welcome.
Letter To An Unborn
Congresswoman
Pro-privilege
Dear congresswoman,
I read with keen interest the news about abortion laws. There's been a struggle for many years between affected lives and affected obsessions. Privileged men, selfish men, ignorant men along with women who were raised in their image, seem unable or unwilling to understand what this struggle is about.
––––––––
The funniest or most infuriating part is that people who wish to ban abortions call themselves pro-life. These people are all pro-privilege. They don't give a damn about babies; you only need one proof for that: these are the people who promote and defend with all their might ignorance, greed, inequality, prejudice, racism, sexism, misogyny, misery. These people make the world a terrible place for babies and for everyone else but a few creeps: themselves and their friends.
The Legal Ground
But let's say that I'm being unfair. That these people are not privileged creeps who only care about controlling a woman's body, but compassionate human beings; compassionate and passionate about protecting unborn babies. As many unborn babies as possible and as early as possible before they're born. If this is the case, I have a more appropriate course of action to suggest. As a law student I think I have a solution that will satisfy the people who so much care about unborn babies.

Let's legally connect abortion rights for women to masturbation rights for men. Let's allow or ban at the same time abortion for women and masturbation for men. A baby before being a baby was a fetus; and a fetus before being a fetus was sperm. Let's make it illegal to kill babies, fetuses or
