About this ebook

This book is a "Short Read to Plant a Seed." Is there a better way to achieve broad charity giving totally controlled and immediately donor changeable through ones smartphone?
The book attempts to promote thoughts on more “progressive donor giving” methods to replace inefficient, laborious, and often unethical donation collection practices. Today’s broad electronic capabilities and worldwide internet access can change the world.
Thoughts in this book suggest using mostly existing technologies in a NEW WAY. These technologies can be applied for a greater good. The book will expose new ways of enhancing charity giving and introduce Giveback For Giving benefits. Also, the book should promote “why not” possibilities and encourage evolution of next level visions to follow.
Likely, 99% of those reading this book will be helpless in enabling a next step toward fruition. Someone may know someone who can add more clarity. Can we reach someone who can refine these thoughts and eventually make them reality?
Imagine if: 1) the broad charity giving world was always smartphone accessible; 2) Pittance Giving raised new $billions/year for charity; and, 3) Giveback For Giving rewarded the donors.

    PREFACE

The following is an attempt to promote thoughts on more progressive donor giving methods to replace inefficient, laborious, and often unethical practices. Today’s broad electronic capabilities and worldwide internet access can change the world.

Thoughts herein suggest using mostly existing technologies in a NEW WAY. These technologies can be applied for a greater good. This book will expose new ways of enhancing charity giving and introduce Giveback For Giving benefits. Also, the book should promote why not possibilities and encourage evolution of next level visions to follow.

Note: repetition is intentionally used to build inter-active understanding of multiple new concepts.

    INTRODUCTION

The 2020 U.S. Census Report indicates that of the 331.5 million U.S. population, there are 37.8 million or 11.4% live in POVERTY.

Median household income has decreased 2.9% from the 2019 data. We are NOT going in the right direction. The average household income for a poverty family of 2 was $17, 240 in 2020. As a humanitarian focused people living in the richest land in the world, we should NOT BE SATISFIED!

Although data varies by source, 2.5 million U.S. veterans (VETs), 6.6% of the total population, are reported to be living in POVERTY. Disabled veterans (DAVs) living in poverty are reported to number 247,410 of the total 1.6 million total DAVs. The total number of DAVs has declined as life has taken its course. Also, active military involvement around the world has been reduced and military tactics are evolving which reduce human involvement.

Regardless of official VET and DAV numbers, is tolerating homelessness and poverty the way we should thank veterans for their service and sacrifices after assuring our homeland safety and security following the 9/11 awakening?

In addition to poverty concerns, another aspect affecting a veteran’s quality of life and ability to work is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Severe PTSD victims are often counted among DAVs but less severe cases are not, and some individuals are in PTSD denial. Veteran PTSD Statistics That Everyone Should Know projects a total population of nearly 2 million living PTSD victims resulting from the Vietnam War, Gulf War, and Afghanistan/Iraq War. Also, PTSD victims have been identified among
