    Brenda was born in Miami, Fla. She is the fourth child of eight. She graduated from Northwestern Sr. High, Miami Dade Comm. College, University of Fla. and Emory University. She holds a BSN in Nursing and a Master's of Divinity Degree. She is an avid writer who believes that her calling is to inspire people through Spoken Word. She loves children and believes that they should be seen, heard and loved. Brenda is passionate about social issues and humanity. Lately, she has written about the social issues and challenges we face as a nation.
