About this ebook

A fully confirmed conclusion, that GOD is the greatest power on earth. That we are his children and will always, receive the help we need when faced by EVIL. BUT the most important criteria to fulfil in order to achieve this……is to have a complete and most genuine and solid faith in GOD. An earnest aim to try and sincerely understand the spirit world. And to fully realise the fact that there are limitations in communications between the human world and the spirit world. Although there are some humans well able to communicate with the spirit world, it is not the norm. As such, most of us human beings are not sensitive to the needs, trauma and anguish of the departed.

I personally believe the spirit world cannot rationalise their behaviour. As such many of their strange and evil behaviour becomes detrimental to the well being of the human kind !! And it is not made any better by members of the human kind who go out of their way to join forces with the evil spirits !!!

    FOREWORD BY THE AUTHOR

Where there is Good, there is always Evil lurking alongside it. They are both eternally present. But Evil can be destroyed by Good any day, provided your faith in God is solid, unwavering and strong!!

It has always been my sincere aim, to spread these words above.......to one and all!

As such, the stories in this book, do not emphasize on the details of exorcism and other different forms of intensive prayers. Although they are mentioned briefly, I do not dwell deeply on the absolute details of the rituals performed.

Many of these stories , show clearly, the insidious manner, in which Evil creeps in, and how humankind seriously attempts to thwart and defeat this Evil.

There are limitations in the communication between the human world and the spirit world. Although there are some human beings, well able to communicate with the spirit world, it is usually.........not the norm. As such, most of us human beings, are not sensitive to the needs, trauma and anguish of these souls.

I also believe, the spirit world cannot rationalize their behaviour. Thus many of their strange and evil modes of behaviour, become detrimental to the well-being of humankind. We human beings have no natural protection against Evil. As such, mankind reaches out to God our Saviour, for urgent and much-needed help!

Sometimes, the powers of the Evil spirits are colossal and tremendous! But God has the ultimate power to destroy Evil. So sit down in all earnestness.......and pray to Him!

When your faith and belief in God is complete, He will respond to you...............without fail.

    RAADHIKA

They were a successful couple. He was an accountant…………..a very competent one. She was a boutique owner. Together, they had two handsome boys, aged 14 and 12. They lived in a lovely house by the sea. But life……….. still gave problems.

His name was Maran and her name was Raadhika. Maran had a roving eye for beautiful women. There was never a day that passed, without strange phonecalls from unknown women.

Raadhika worried incessantly. Soon, she developed a permanent frown on her face. Raadhika engaged private investigators to spy on her husband. Of course, all this led to frequent and huge fights in the house. Pots and pans would fly in the kitchen.

The two sons lived in hell. It was mental torture for them to see their parents fighting away!!

Once upon a time, their mum used to be so loving and caring. But, of late, she had changed. She had become cold and uncaring!

Sometimes, Raadhika lived in a world of her own, totally oblivious to her surroundings. There was no laughter in the house. Raadhika no longer sang cheerfully, as she once used to. Most of the time, her eyes were reddened and teary. Both husband and wife stopped talking to each other. The maid was left with the job of communicating between them.

One fateful day, Raadhika’s handphone rang. It was the private investigator. As he spoke, Raadhika’s facial expression changed. It became very pale and drained of all life!! She stood motionless, as she listened to the private investigator.

Her husband was at it again. But this time…………………it was her best friend!!!

After a few minutes, she thanked the private investigator in a hushed tone and put the phone down. She quietly walked into her bedroom and lay down.

Raadhika stared at the ceiling……… motionless for about an hour. Then, suddenly…………. she got up. Her face was resolute. She knew what she had to do now.

There was no turning back. Everything had to end now. She could no longer take it. Raadhika picked up the phone and called her lawyer.

In a few days time, the will was ready. She had bequeathed everything she owned, to her two sons.

In the following days, Raadhika did not cry. Her eyes were no longer red and teary. She seemed calm and strong.

Sometimes, in the evening, she would quietly stare at her husband who would be sitting in his favourite arm chair and reading the papers. There was so much of love in her eyes. She loved him so much!!

But now, he had touched her best friend. Raadhika had finally seen them together in a bar one night, after receiving some prompt information from her private investigator. Every time she remembered that scenario, she would feel this crushing pain in her chest!!

Finally one night, she decided that it was time for her to carry out her earlier resolve.

The next day, she took a cab and went out to town. She bought a tin of kerosene and came back. She hid it where no one could spot it.

The following morning, she gave her maid the day off, whilst the kids were at school. Then, she went into the bathroom and locked the door. The kerosene tin and a box of matches were with her.

Raadhika felt very light and happy and a great sense of relief overcame her. Her heavy burden was finally, going to be lifted! At this strange moment in her life, Raadhika felt light as a feather

In the locked bathroom, she doused herself with kerosene………and lit a match. In a few minutes, her body was ablaze. Wild, frantic screams could be heard coming from the bathroom. The neighbours heard. Two of them came running over to the house. Mercifully, in her unstable state of mind…….Raadhika had not locked the front door nor the front gate. Thank God!

The neighbours traced the screams to the bathroom area. As they approached the bathroom in the master bedroom, they could hear the agonizing wild screams. It was heart-breaking!!!

They called out to her, whilst desperately trying to open the bathroom door. But the door was locked tight. Smoke was wafting out from underneath the door. The smell of things burning, was very strong.

The other neighbours also came running into the house, and one of them immediately called the police. When the police finally got to open the bathroom door, Raadhika was dead. She was thoroughly burnt and charred.

It was a long, long day. The husband was duly informed. He came home immediately. The boys too reached home from school. Suffice it to say, the tragedy shocked everyone!!

The boys broke down and cried. One of the neighbours hugged and consoled them. Maran was in shock too. But there was no apparent grief or regret. Obviously, he had other plans.

Maran’s parents came down from Australia and took the boys back with them, once the funeral rites were over. Raadhika’s parents had died a long time ago from a road accident. But some of her close relatives attended the funeral. They were terribly shocked and angry about the fact, that Raadhika had committed suicide.

The maid had been thoroughly investigated by the police. Although she had not been present in the house on the day Raadhika died, she bore witness to the frequent fights that had ensued between Maran and Raadhika. The maid was then duly paid and sent off for good.

But Police investigations were still ongoing. They questioned Maran over his tense relationship with Raadhika. But it was clearly a suicide, in view of the testimony given by the neighbours. Raadhika had acted alone in this premeditated crime.

For the first one month after Raadhika’s death, there were no disturbances whatsoever. Maran still lived there alone. But he slowly started bringing women into the house nightly. Life was too good to be true!

The children were extremely affected by their mother’s death. Now they were in Australia with their paternal grandparents, receiving the kind of love and attention, they hardly ever got from their father!!

Maran was totally free to do what he wanted. And so started Maran’s nightly activities! The neighbours could only stare in shock and dismay, at what was going on. But there was nothing they could do.

Strangely, things were very quiet in the house after Raadhika died. But that was for the first one month. In the second month, following Raadhika’s death, some strange things began to happen.

It was the kitchen. Every other night, you could suddenly hear the water running out of the faucet. Then….. it would stop as abruptly as it had started!

Sometimes you would hear someone chopping away on the chopping board. Again, it would end as abruptly as it had started. These episodes went on for some time. Maran slowly become aware of it. It scared him. But he could not find a solution for this disturbance, short of calling in a priest!!

But being a stubborn and thick-skinned person, he told himself that as long as he was not personally harmed, and things were okay and normal in the daytime, he would just not bother about it!

Four months had passed since those nightly disturbances in the kitchen had started. Life for Maran had never been better. Maran started to slowly forget about his kids. Their calls were left unanswered. The house was left untidy and dusty.

But Maran kept his bedroom neat and tidy. Because that was his haven, where he derived all joy and pleasure. His nightly activities carried on and the neighbours could sometimes hear loud laughter and squeals coming from the house.

One night, when Maran walked into the house, with his latest catch in tow, he was met with a gush of icy cold wind on his face and
