Dedication
This part of writing this book is real easy. I sincerely dedicate this book to my wife, Veronica Denise, who through much hurt and sorrow still waited for me. Honey I know it wasn’t easy, but look what the end result brought! To my children who have done without entirely too long, but praise God that He is faithful. And to all of my brothers and sisters, family and friends who continue to stay strong in the struggle. Hold on, your change is on the way. So don’t wait fill the Battle’s over, shout in victory now! God Bless & I love you all.

I would like to thank my Dear GOD fearing cousins Douglas and Bernadette Harrell for their loving support through it all. To people like Dr. Creflo & Taffi Dollar, Kenneth & Gloria Copeland, Joyce Meyers, Bishop T.D. Jakes, the late Kenneth Hagan, Sr. and Kenneth Hagin, Jr., Dr. Leroy Thompson, Mark Hagins, Oral Roberts, and Billy Graham. Thanks for all the incredible teachings! Finally but in no way the least, my mother and father Clifton and Josie Jones. I’ll see you when I get there! Oh and I didn’t forget my little brother, Gerrod Thomas, keep flowin’ in Him!
Prelude
Everything has to have a purpose. A point of understanding to be reached. A method to the ordered madness of our modern day society. Something to give us stability and focus.
Something that holds us in check as individuals. Something to keep us all anchored within this sea of constant upheaval. A candle, if you will, of order that chases away the shadows of discontentment and chaotic darkness.
Usually your average individual would seek solace in family, friends, activities or careers. This only stages itself as a bandage over a cancer. It won’t do the job needed. And whether or not one seeks stability in any of the previous mentioned ways, one’s purpose even through these ways though earnestly hoped and looked for can not be formed in the mere activities and unions that life seems to offer.
It’s as if life says, Be all you can be
without illustrating, how do I do it.
I have always been made aware of the resounding cry of humanity to either find themselves, be true to themselves, or somehow transform themselves into this social being who in theory would be complete. I’ve not been successful.
Now by using these, a persons purpose is supposedly tied somehow into it all. With the assumption that if I find myself, I’ll locate my purpose. If I be true to myself, I’ll then embrace my purpose. Then, as I learn whatever my purpose is, assuming I can find a way to transform myself, then my purpose can be achieved.
Well though I being one who has searched, been honest, and tried transforming in every earthly way, it just didn’t get me anywhere.
Now before you allow yourself to think that I’m
