Dylan’s muscles bulged and pressed against the fabric of his blue sleeveless shirt. Perspiration stains crept down his back and across his chest, as he finished the last of his repetitions in the weight room. A corporate attorney, he sat at a desk for hours each day. To keep his thirty-two-year-old body from turning to flab, Dylan was a regular at the gym.
