About this ebook
Once I learned that everything is energy, I've found myself keenly interested in the power of ideas expressed through words. This book expresses in few words what I believe are worthwhile ideas of mine that I'd love others to consider. I suspect that some of my thoughts and ideas are radically different than what's come before by me or others. I consider that lovely expansion of what we can know. I wonder if a good description of what I'm calling my "poems" might be "koans". A Google search for koan brings up "Japanese Kōan, in Zen Buddhism of Japan, a succinct paradoxical statement or question used as a meditation discipline for novices, particularly in the Rinzai sect." Although I don't consider them so focused on a goal as a koan seems to be. My desire is really more of me wanting to knock people over with a feather. Further descriptions of my "words" or "poems" could be called "different ways to think" or " song lyrics" or even "please oh please see me". Thanks for considering.

I am a 58 year old minimalist that has been living out of my car for a little over two years now traveling the Midwest, Southern and Western United States. I'm a psychotherapist and like to express my perspective through writing, poetry and various art projects with a theme of healing. I'm determined to age well so I employ a regular regime of healthy habits for my body including practicing a plant based diet. It feels most natural to me to live in community and I hope to find others that feel the same and have similar values as me.
