    CONCLUSION

    INTRODUCTION

Finance is a broad phrase encompassing all aspects of money and investment management, generation, and analysis. The three categories of finance are:

    1. Public Finance

    2. Corporate Finance

    3. Personal Financial Planning

    1. Public Finance: Public finance manages public funds in a country's economy. It is the essential factor in the country's development and progress, both domestically and globally. It also affects every stakeholder in the country, whether or not they are citizens. The study of public finance has one unifying goal: to determine how the government can build, maintain, or intervene in the current economy. There are four types of public finance: public expenditure, public revenue, public debt, and financial administration.

Public expenditure: Budgets are established in monetary figures by the financial system to develop their bureaucracies.

Public revenue: Money earned by the government, primarily through taxes and other revenue-generating activities carried out by the bureaucracy that follows it, is referred to as public revenue.

Public debt represents the total outstanding debt of a country’ s central government. It is a percentage of gross domestic product (GDP). Public debt can be raised both externally and internally, with external debt representing the government's obligations to foreign lenders and internal debt representing the government's obligations to local lenders. A government's public debt is a significant source of resources for financing public spending and filling budget gaps. The public debt ratio to GDP measures the government's ability to satisfy its future obligations.

Financial administration: This is an entire department in Public Finance responsible for developing budget preparation procedures at various levels and pooling all public monies.

    2. Corporate Finance: Corporate finance is the branch of finance concerned with providing funds to firms and their sources. Financing, capital structuring, and investment decisions are part of this finance discipline. Its main goal is to maximize shareholder value through long and short-term financial planning and the implementation of diverse methods. Corporate finance activities include anything from capital investment choices to investment banking. Corporate finance is concerned with maximizing its value through its financing and investment decisions.

    3. Personal Finance: The phrase personal finance refers to the notions of money management, saving, and investing. Banking, budgeting, mortgages, investments, insurance, retirement planning, and tax preparation are all included. Personal finance is the entire industry that provides financial services to individuals and advises them on economic and investment options. Personal finance is essentially concerned with achieving personal financial objectives, such as setting aside sufficient funds for immediate financial requirements, budgeting for retirement, or investing in your child's education. It mostly depends on your income, expenditure, living needs, and personal ambitions, as well as the strategy you develop to achieve those goals while staying within your financial limits.

    CHAPTER 1

    FINANCIAL FREEDOM

Financial freedom means having enough savings, financial investment and cash on hand to afford the kind of life we desire. It means minimal reliance on debts; instead of taking out loans to afford big purchases or sudden expenses, financial freedom means you're able to save up money and make those purchases or solve those sudden expenses without any reliance on debt. It also means growing savings that help us retire or pursue the career we want without being driven by earning a set salary every year. It is a monetary status that allows you to be free from a specified job or salary earn your living.

Taking control of your finances is the first step toward financial freedom. It implies that you have control over your life decisions. You have a consistent financial flow that allows you to live your life your way. You are unconcerned about how you will pay your bills or deal with unexpected expenses. It involves actively saving for a rainy day or retirement to plan for your long-term financial status. It's about realizing and admitting that you need more money to pay off your debts and increase your earnings.

The ability to fund your life with passive income is financial freedom. To achieve financial independence, you must be self-sufficient in your active income and detach your physical presence from your income so that your absence does not affect your payment.

We can reach financial independence by making investments that we can finish before retirement and whose earnings can last a lifetime. Financial freedom entails more than just being debt-free; it also entails the ability to make decisions based on what your heart desires rather than what your bank account demands.

It will take time to achieve financial independence. However, it's a worthwhile goal since it encourages you to focus on your well-being and relationship with money rather than saving a certain amount or reaching milestones by a certain age. It's a unique approach to personal finance, and it's likely to yield the best results. You'll be able to do whatever you want once you're financially free while knowing you're in good hands, now and in the future.

    How Attainable Is Financial Freedom?

For many people, financial freedom is a goal. It usually entails having enough savings, investments, and cash on hand to afford the lifestyle you choose for yourself and your family. It is a growing nest egg that will allow you to retire or follow the career of your choice without being constrained by a yearly salary. Unfortunately, far too many people fail. Mounting debt, financial emergencies, wasteful spending, and other obstacles prevent them from achieving their objectives.

You feel secure in your financial status when you are financially free. You don't have to be concerned about paying your payments because you know you'll be able to do so. You are debt-free, have money set aside for future aspirations, and have enough to meet unexpected expenses. You don’t need to be wealthy to be financially free. It isn't a number at all, in reality. It's more of a state of mind. You won't have to worry about money if you have financial freedom, and you'll have more energy to devote to other aspects of your life. It may sound impossible, but financial independence is attainable. It will take some time and effort, and you must be willing to put in the effort.

Tips On How To Attain Financial Freedom

Money helps you purchase the items you require and live the life you desire. To attain financial freedom, you'll need to view money as a tool to help you achieve your goals, maintain your vitality, and live a stress-free life. Because if you have a negative attitude toward money, you will hinder your prospects of making and maintaining it.

It's a frequent misperception that being financially free requires being born wealthy. Making the proper decisions at the appropriate time can help you achieve financial independence. Financial independence is a considerable achievement that takes time to acquire. You have to save and invest as much as possible to do that. Here are the steps that are likely to lead you to financial freedom:
