    Preface

There is a price for everything in this world. So what's the price of this world?  In the era of conquests, 'The Curse of Hunt' broke the wheel of many nations and ultimately brought them financial turmoil. It was a part of context to the prophecy that a company will succeed in world domination, something kings, government's  or military establishments failed in their decades of persuasion. A company that keeps the power to blend itself within any organisation and realise its goals. The curse came from the midst of nowhere and vanished in thin air over a span of decades. Now present day, it has returned again with its champion of all trades, Netmann whom the prophecy states as the stormbringer of economic downfall.

Now the task of stopping their menace is tasked under Intelligence supremo Indrajeet Dhillon who understands the gravity of the situation and the leverage these villains enjoy. In the political spectrum this loss of talent and lack of time haunts Sheshadhari whose plight goes unanswered into the well of power as he is sidelined out of important issues by his senior colleagues

He decides to go for the root and paralyse their contact, Maharaja Haveliraj the deceitful king, Rajat Daulat's nemesis.

Rajat Daulat is the prince that was promised to a flourishing kingdom that his forefathers built up over a period of time with their patience and understanding nature. Daulatanagari was a kingdom of paradise. Nature left untouched, worshipped and respected for its scenic beauty. Unfortunately everything's gone. Times have changed. Kingdoms are long gone. Now holding a few grudges and a lot of unanswered questions Rajat returns from exile with his loyal sevak Sampath by his side to fight back and stake his claim over the Daulat Durbaar.

Rajat Daulat is the heir of a lost legacy who lost his father and kingdom by deceit from the hands of Havalanath, father of Havalaraj. Rajat knows much of how to turn the tables on him and so joins along as Indrajeet trains a special team under his supervision. A team of three Vishwanath, Prakash and Omkar are tested of their abilities and they join this fight. Will they win? Will Rajat get retribution for those he held dear? Will Indrajeet outwit the villians and save the nation from a possible financial emergency? Who is Netmann? What power does he and the faceless company hold?

The sevak  gets in giant troves of books in Rajats room and arranges them in the mini library as Rajat is seated in his chair with a lot of ancient manuscripts stacked upon one another on the table relentlessly going through them one at a time . The sevak remembered how he used to recite a section of stories from these books back in London.

    Sevak

The Jankatha is a very interesting piece of work I remarked. They illustrate the incidents that sing the praises of the king. The stories of folklore.

Like the one how the king chose to adhere to his ethics of not using any foreign arms in his battle. He categorically refuses to use any kind of modern firearms in his battles as well as for his armies. The possession of common firearms revolvers, barrel shotguns and other kinds of heavy artillery as well was forbidden. Once on his hunting trip through thick forest, he got lost.  Armed with nothing but his hunting knife which would be of no use in case any dangerous wild animal that could possibly come madly charging at any outsider like him. In such a case a bow will really come handy securing the threat from a distance. It could not even protect him for poisonous snakes or other poisonous trees or bushes that could leave you badly bruised for a long time and may prove fatal if not treated in time.  With the scorching sun draining his energy he was thirsty for a drink as much as he was hungry for a hunt. Having wandered far off his convoy and he got himself straight into cutthroats territory.

He was ambushed by a group of armed thugs wielding firearms. As luck seems to have run off the kings hands. They had their rifle pointed straight at him.

One of them taunted, ''Well well look who's here. The all mighty Maharaja Daulatraj The one who banished us from his kingdom"

As a chance to mend your crooked ways, Yes.

The miscreants sympathetically announced, Let's return the favour back to you. Sliding a  revolver with his foot towards the king they made a blant offer as a  possible try for him to save his skin. Gun for a gun. Here's a chance to Save your life. Make this fight equal. Make no mistake Daulatraj. He didn't budge. After all he's the mighty Daulatraj. His moves are somewhat difficult to judge fast for someone of his lean muscular build moves swiftly like a hawk. He leaps and pounces on them without wasting a moment. His feet sweeped the ground and dirt flew around disturbing their line of sight. His moves so fast they couldn't get an opportunity to react. The first thing the preparators saw was Daulatraj to wildly charge at them directly before losing sight of him. They took their shots and fired . As the air cleared they looked for him in all directions. He was right behind them with the knife in his hand and a smile in his face. They remained quite stunned for a moment as their clothes tore as the band of cartridges wounded on their bodies fell off  and  they were left red in shame and anger. He precalculated their time of fire and had evaded it swiftly moving out of harm's way using the dust clouds as a cover. Then he sped through them with his hunting knife and drew it as fast as he  could on them. But he was always careful to not kill unless necessary.  They ran in a huff accepting defeat before angrily spurring You will repent for your mistakes, Daulatraj.

    YOU WILL BE SORRY!

That's how one of his introductory stories puts him.

But no great warrior is made in a day.

Then there's another which completely outlines the making of a seasoned fighter. Taking us way to his days in the fighting ring.

A great warrior who fought valiantly in the Akharas right from the days of his youth. Many fighters would wrestle one on one in the open arena. But Daulatraj fared much better. He learned and brushed up his skills and fighting sense much better and much earlier when compared to others. In fact there posed little challenge to him as he was one of the pupils trained under Guru Vikramacharyaa. He's not easily impressed. 'Defeat greets those who reveal their greatest strength immaturely  and succumb to their greatest weakness prematurely.' As he usually preaches this lesson to them, Balance is everything. Everyone processes strengths and weaknesses in equal measure. But everyone's abilities differ with their balance. Balance in body as well as a balance in mind makes a person shine. With balance you make sure you don't exhaust yourself altogether, at the same time use it in synergy to your mind, body and soul. It helps you in judging your situations. Spend the right moments in attack and the tough moments in defence. This balance helps make decisions easy. Fight the opponent in the right way with the mind, body and the soul all focused in synergy to its ultimate motive. Both in victory and in defeat this balance  will help the warrior rise above in incredible heights of success rather than letting him drown in his arrogance or in shame. Remember no matter what never lose your balance. Something that Daulatraj graciously abides and that helped him in the battles that he endeavours.

When all the contenders arrived to seek the blessings of Gurudev and started to wrestle one on one . They clunched each other's fists and desperately pushed on each other to the ends of the ring. They seemed to be too concerned to please the Guru. Join his Akhara. Become his disciples. Learn his fighting secrets. Become great warriors. But who will they serve? Their own needs? Or for others' well-being. These thoughts often ring inside the Gurus head. As he takes a glance at their efforts, Daulatraj arrives. He is stopped at the gates for being rather too late to join the fighting ring. This speculated some onlookers who recognised the King to be being stopped with some whispers in the air There might be repercussions for such action. But clearly that's not the case as they came across his humble nature. With a smile he answered, I am here to watch the fight. And would request an audience with Gurudev Vikramacharyaa. Gurudev recognised that voice and ordered his men to let him through this very moment. Vikramacharyaa surprisingly remarked, You are late. Didn't expect you would return. I came to see how my friends have fared in their fight. One got disqualified. He is not fit enough for a physical battle. The other's banned for loitering. He fooled around except battle. I pushed them to join here with me. They were always they for me from our schooling days back in the Gurukool. I am sure they will become great warriors one day. Daulatraj, Gurudev said calmly, Everyone has a duty towards their own life. A duty that identifies that person. No one can make a person sway away from this duty. They may serve Daulatanagari in their respective ways. The way their duty towards Daulatanagari identifies them with. The king to be to be didn't speak a word. He stood silently and approved everything Vikramacharyaa had said. He continued You on the other hand, a true warrior. He recalled his earlier match that day where he chose to fight without disclosing his identity.

Early morning the rings were set and the fighting format was explained. "Fighters from the  rulers of faraway lands to erstwhile princes and people form the military ranks sensing opportunity to firm their grip on others stood in level with sons of farmers, masons and people, common folk who saw this as a chance to better their sinking lives. Ego didnt let go and the high class demanded in opposition to fight against the people they considered lower class. They feared a loss of face back home if news of their defeat reached back their place. On the other hand the common folk feared repercussions from the rich that could haunt them once they return back to their daily lives. 'The Akhara is a place that honours and worships bravery only. Everyones an equal in the eyes of the Guru and abiding members of the Akhara as long as they honour their battle. The Guru restraints the right to choose his disciples during and the end of the fight. The results will be announced as the fighting rings go empty.'  The match started. The contenders took their respective positions against their opponents. The vast ground  As they wrestled with a setback in the minds,  the fight lost its essence. But I even came across some strong willed ones. Some won with their wits, as they worked on their opponents to cross the ring through sheer deceptions the others with their strength. Daulatraj would be one among them. He rose to the level that he needn't put himself into trouble by straining to prove his full power. His balanced actions took care of his steps towards victory.

A fight One on one in the open grounds which saw the defeated taste the dirt of grounds and the victorious uplifted in the shoulders as well as the fighting spirit of  the cheerful and energetic audience.

The rings closed as the fighters emerged from the gates. Ready Fighter One? Ready Fighter Two? the announcement goes. BEGIN!

The enthusiastic crowd cheered for their warriors and a few keen eyes wary of their strengths and weaknesses, the voices and the muscles that guided them all the way to this stage watched upon curiously. They charged at each other and clasped    each other's palms and exerting force  forward,  they ferociously pushed each other in a bid to throw them off the fighting ring  to conceal their opponents defeat. They're strong. Both of them.a disciple of Vikramacharyaa mentioned.

They strived to maintain their status on-ground and a good grip gave them their advantage. It is difficult to determine anything at this point, Vikramacharyaa mentioned. Its a fight to the finish. One of them lost control and slid back towards the end of the ring,  as his opponent overpowered him . His legs screeched to a halt right at the boundary at the nick of time and this fighter slipped off his opponents hold and pounced quickly to lift him and threw him off the ground. A knockout, a clear victory as he lay dusted in defeat. He had a clear perception. of timing his moves, gurudev observed admist the cheering crowd. Bravo!the crowd erupted in celebration.

You tossed the opponent right to the ground. You had a chance to push him out of the ring. You ceased to do it. Giving ample opportunity to adjust your body moves with his and striked only at the right moments. Your bravery and your moral approach has honoured these grounds.

Daulatraj humbly replied, I will continue to follow your path. There's many things to learn for me.

Now its time you learn to be a ruler and not be a warrior alone. Being a ruler is not just all about fighting. It is about ruling. I know more about fighting, i have done it all my life but ruling the lands will not be much a challenge for sure. Is it? How come?

I will follow the footsteps of my late parents and abide by the customs and traditions of the kingdom. He waved back at the crowd and they cheered in his support.

The story continued to reveal Daulatraj's old training days with his guru in Gurudev's own words.

'This young angry boy would not hesitate to put himself in danger. He pushes himself to challenges, fatal ones without a second thought.

Anger blinded the orphaned prince and he would charge at the bandit brandishing his gun.  He wouldn't forget nor would he forgive. Alone unarmoured and unarmed his enraged instincts are not given any serious consideration. The strong bandit pushed aside this little boy barely recognising his royal lineage. He lost his parents to these thieves infested jungles. He shouldn't lose himself to these thieves infested jungles. And by god's grace the search party found the lost prince but failed to save his family. And I made sure the next punches of this unruly lad fell within the fighting rings that would help him fall in lines of a warrior among many.

Fight! he charged menacingly, his eyes closed as he neared his target that would be me. Look at your opponent. Look into his eyes. His eyes shined red and teary eyed he was but not an easily surrendering soul. He threw some hard punches without a proper aim and missed his opponent. Observe your target's movements. Don't just aim." A strong punch dissuaded him off from approaching any further and he dropped down the ground. All his actions are driven by his  impulses not by his understanding.

He fell many times. But raised back without giving up. He started to get what I meant. He  picked up his pace and took a defensive turn instead. He hopped around,  diving and dodging his opponents attack

Judge my movements. Anticipate my moves. Land your blows with thorough judgement.

This unruly lad I met had a thirst for putting up a fight to correct those that wronged him which concerned  many as a revenge seeking attitude.  But I understood his plight and he let
