About this ebook
Nathanule Blackwell
Nathanule’s personal intrigue with magical modern folktale and the extinction of mankind led to the conception of 7 Kingdoms: Blood, Love & Sacrifice. “At heart, I enjoy the art of storytelling. Five years ago, this story so intrigued me that it never left my mind—complex folk characters and the desire for their kingdoms to coexist peacefully.” In addition to his fictional writings, Nathanule has written, recorded, and performed music specializing in rock and shades of medievalism—a genre that further enriched the scenes and development of his characters. Nathanule Blackwell is a musician and writer who lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Everything has been peaceful for years. The Great War had taken much from the 7 kingdoms. They were at peace for many years. Vampires no longer sought to control the world. Never would I have thought that the human race would ever be alive to see these days.

CHAPTER 1
Love & War
King Alexander approached the mighty castle of the vampire king, King Dragona. The son of the legendary Dracula. King Alexander had arrived at the front doors to the castle’s throne room. King Dragona meets King Alexander with open arms as they begin to discuss the reason for King Alexander’s visit. King Dragona asked, What brings the King of Humans to Khastlevania?
King Alexander smiles and says, I believe you know exactly why I am here. The life stalkers are in a mid-life crisis.
King Dragona laughs and replies, Those dead skins are always in a mid-life crises. What seems to be the problem now?
Alexander pulls out a letter he received from King Dread who is the king of zombies. Zombies were also known as life stalkers or dead skins. King Alexander then said, This letter I received from King Dread said, that they are low on food supply and it is causing panic amongst his kingdom.
King Dragona laughed hysterically and replied, What am I to do? I have sent what was agreed upon. At the 7 Kingdoms annual meeting, I warned everyone that this was going to happen. Every kingdom is eating the same food source, meaning eventually that source is going to deplete quickly. I recommended that the Magic Kingdom use their magic to produce more of the food source. They have the best scientist in the world. Has anyone reached out to Queen Salem?
With worry upon his face King Alexander sat down and replied, Queen Salem hasn’t spoken to any of us in person for years. She sent her right hand Ra LaShawn as her representative, her proxy for each 7 Kingdoms meeting. It is no guarantee she will agree to help.
King Dragona said, We have a peace treaty, so she must agree to try and keep peace. A billion hungry dead skins can start an all-out war!
King Alexander said, I agree but that is easier said than done. You and I have to make a trip to the city of Marlin and speak with Queen Salem.
King Dragona face froze as if he had seen a ghost. He said, She will kill me where I stand. She almost killed me once. I don’t think I want to take that chance again!
***Great War
During the Great War, Queen Salem of the Magic Kingdom and King Dragona of the Vampires were lovers. When they combined their armies during the Great War, they slaughtered countless humans, werewolves and even injured the legendary monster Leviathan. The Great War only consisted of five kingdoms. King Ladarious of the elves did not join the war, nor did King Dread of the Zombies. King Alexander of the humans, King Dragona of the vampires. Queen Salem of Magic Kingdom, King Viper of the Werewolves and the Ancients fought to control all 7 Kingdoms. The Magic Kingdom was considered the weakest amongst the 7 kingdoms so everyone went to seize control of that kingdom.
King Dragona had seen Queen Salem and was amazed by her beauty. He fell in love with her almost instantly. He told her that he would help fight off the oncoming armies of the other kingdoms. King Dragona wanted to combine their armies and take over the other kingdoms. Queen Salem was a peaceful creature. She never wanted to be in the war but was forced once she was informed that other kingdoms looked to seize control. Queen Salem agreed and combined her army with King Dragona’s army. The humans and werewolves had joined forces to seize the Kingdom of Magic. When they had arrived they were not expecting that the vampires had joined up with the Kingdom of Magic. King Alexander and King Viper had sent sixty thousand soldiers to take over the magic kingdom. The vampire soldiers and soldiers of Magic Kingdom quickly decimated the human and werewolves armies. King Dragona and Queen Salem did not see King Alexander and King Viper amongst the defeated human and werewolves’ army. King Dragona shouted, You can choose to serve me or you can all die here on this battle field. I will be king of all 7 kingdoms in a short time!
Queen Salem found this offensive as she agreed to combine their armies but never agreed to serve the vampires. Queen Salem said, I did not agree to serve vampires. I agreed to a partnership with the vampires.
King Dragona said, "We are the superior species. You can either serve or die with the rest of the filthy creatures. Queen Salem was shocked! She thought that King Dragona had loved her. She didn’t expect that he would even attempt to rage war against the woman he shared many beds with.
King Dragona yelled Vampires! Begin annihilation of every creature that stands against us. Even these magic low life freaks!
Queen Salem was hurt. She wanted to cry but knew she had to remain strong and not show signs of weakness for it would fuel the vampires even more. The right hand of Queen Salem was the grand wizard RaLashawn. He stood in front of the queen and readied his staff. King Dragona lauged and said, You and your little magic tricks will not affect me. Attack!
The vampires began slaughtering every human, every werewolf and every creature of magic. Queen Salem moved RaLashan aside and raised her arm and pointed at every creature on the battlefield. When she had done that every creature on the battlefield froze immediately. Then Queen Salem said, Diaskorpizo.
Which is the greek language for disperse. At an instant, every vampire, human and werewolf burst into particles. She had killed thousands in a single attack. The only creatures remaining were King Dragona and his one hundred royal guards, her soldiers and citizens of Magic Kingdom.
No one had ever seen Queen Salem hurt a fly, so the fact that she had that much power left everyone in awe. King Dragona of the vampires became angry and said, Do you think you are more powerful than I? Your magic cannot affect me. You will bow and lick the floor I walk on!
Queen Salem responded, I am no man’s servant! Be gone and I will allow you to keep your dignity.
King Dragona laughed -I am going to kill you and them I am going to make your kingdom nothing but slaves!
Queen Salem asked, What was all the ‘I love yous’ for? Was this all an illusion so that you can take over my kingdom?
King Dragona answered, You were nothing but a good time. Too bad it has to end with your pretty face covered in blood and dirt.
King Dragona said, Royal guard ready yourselves!
Queen Salem said, No! We are leaders of our great kingdoms. Let us fight – you and I! If you win, you get to enslave my kingdom. If I win, you are never to return to the Kingdom of Marlin.
King Dragona laughed hysterically, You want to fight the son of Dracula alone? Hahahahahaha! This will be easy. Let’s see how many rabbits you can pull out of your armor little girl! I will kill you, enslave your kingdom, and then enslave the rest of the world.
Dragona had legendary armor that he had been given by his father Dracula. The armor was a gold color with various markings on it. The armor was said to be indestructible and only could be touched by vampires that had the blood of Dracula. Whoever wore that armor had never been defeated in battle. Queen Salem’s heart was heavy. She did not want to fight the man she loved but there was no other way around it. Dragona had become in love with the idea of ruling every kingdom. RaLashawn grabbed Queen Salem’s arm and said, I know your heart is heavy, but this is for your people. He is but one man and I will trade one man’s life for millions any day. You are queen of the Magic Kingdom. Show the other kingdoms that we are not weak.
Salem looked
