About this ebook
Tantra is a path uniting sex, love, and spirituality into one. Few people know there was once an Egyptian form of tantra. Ultimately hidden by those that understood its power, it became a secret teaching shared only with the chosen few - until now.
This short book carries a powerful tantric teaching for our time. Join us on a treasure hunt as we dust off ancient Egyptian artworks and hieroglyphs. Through them, we reveal the secret tantric wisdom left behind. When examined through the lens of tantra, they unveil incredible teachings and practices. These can be used by anyone to enter states of bliss, ecstasy, and union.
Most significantly, they reveal how to work with the Ankh as a tantric breathwork practice. Tantric breathwork uses conscious breath techniques to activate primal life-force energy, enabling you to rise into expanded states.
The Ankh represents the unity of masculine and feminine, but it is far more than that. It is also a map of energy pathways in and around the human body. Ankh breathwork helps you activate aliveness through those pathways, using breath, movement, and visualization. In doing so, you raise life-force energy through the body. In doing so, you can enter higher states - with yourself, your partner, and the universe.
In this book, you’ll learn how to explore Ankh Breathwork as a tantric practice. Whether single or with a partner, this practice can later be mapped onto love-making, to elevate you and your beloved into realms of super-connection.
As Isis - goddess of magic and healing says:
‘These tantric teachings transcend all cultures and nationalities. They are timeless teachings that are everyone’s birth-right to receive.’
Ankh Breathwork can transform lives and bring about an evolution in living, loving, and being.
Use it to open to energy.
Play with it to Activate.
Breathe into it to Awaken
& Expand into Ecstasy.
This book paves the way for the full transmission: ‘Egyptian Tantric Secrets’, which will launch later this year.

I write non-fiction and fiction, exploring the world of tantra and spirituality. I've been exploring Tantra since I spontaneously discovered it with a beloved back when I was 21. Over the last 10 years, I did a deep dive - making tantric films, online courses, as well as studying and graduating as a tantra teacher.Everything I write draws from the spirituality that is an intrinsic part of my life. I'm also nuts about breathwork and in my spare time can be found huffing, puffing or holding my breath in order to shift into expanded states of consciousness. As you do. Born in England, you are much more likely to find me in Bali or Thailand these days.My first non-fiction books are exploring Egyptian Tantra, a fascinating realm of energy circulation practices based around tantric breathwork. The big upcoming book is 'Egyptian Tantric Secrets: How to Open to Divine Union' which will launch later this year (2021)My forthcoming fiction title is called 'Tantra Island', and is a wild romantic comedy set in Thailand that will – hopefully - make you laugh, fall in love with some crazy tantric types, and give you a transmission about Tantra all at the same time.I also run a school called Mystika School, exploring Egyptian Tantra, Indian Tantra and Taoist teachings. www.mystikaschool.com

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really enjoyed this book. Easy to read and lots of intriguing nuggets! Thank you, Kiya.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Finally there is a detailed explanation to describe the ANKH Breath. Better than North American courses where the "priestess" visited the pyramids once and went home to design a 3333 USD course.

1. Timeless Teachings
Image of Ankh Cross Isis wings and Horus eyeHundreds of years ago, throughout the Roman Empire, I would have burnt at the stake for sharing this information.
A few thousand
years ago in Egypt, I would be shunned by the priest and the elite, for this secret knowledge was not to be shared with the many, but kept only for the few.
And yet once
there was a time when this knowledge was known widely and shared freely—for tantric wisdom is your birth-right to receive.
Today,
long after the new dawn of the 21st century, if you were to show this to most Egyptologists they would likely refute that there ever was an Egyptian Tantra.
If you shared
this with an Indian tantric scholar, they might be insulted by the idea India may not be the origin of the tantric teachings.
150 years
ago with the Rosetta Stone decoded, the ancient writings on the temple walls of Egypt were revealed anew. But if you were never to look upon them through the loving gaze of Tantra, would you ever see the connections that yearn to be perceived?
Though Tantra did not originate
in Egypt, it once flowed through this great civilisation. Washing through like a vast river, it purified, nourished, brought sustenance to a culture and a people over thousands of years.
Is now
the time for Egypt to reclaim its long-lost heritage? If it did, would it return to its tantric throne—sitting beside India, China and other cultures?
As we unwrap
the ancient body of Egyptian Tantric wisdom, we realise it was but sleeping—and is ready now to be reborn.
The tantric teachings
are timeless - though once suppressed, once deemed heretical, a threat to an empire’s power—now they step back fully into the radiant sunlight.
Perhaps now we
can see and recognise their holy, eternal, embodied truths.
The truth that Isis and Osiris came to teach.
The truth Jesus and Mary came to share.
May
all beings remember that tantric energy, when channelled wisely, can lead to profound realisations—in the body, the mind, the spirit and the soul.
May all come to see the tantric threads from which they were sown.
May all know themselves as sacred sexual humans,
All here to rediscover the divine in and through all things—
including the Holy Temple of your Body,
the Holy Temple of your Sex,
the Holy Temple of your Heart,
aligned with your Beloved,
attuned with the Cosmos.
May
humanity place tantra upon the altar once again, rewriting the lies that have hidden the sacred truths that yearn eternally to be rediscovered.
Welcome to the Temple where we embrace these teachings with wild passion,
Like lovers entwined in embrace,
unable to separate from the boundless love
their lovemaking opens them to.
Know lovemaking always
to be holy.
A divine, glorious, and sacred celebration.
Where your body becomes the prayer,
And your breath and heart
—the offering itself.
2. Welcome to Egyptian Tantra
Image of Egyptian god and goddess holding hands and eye gazingThis is a brief introduction to Egyptian Tantra, within it we will explore some of the ancient Egyptian practices, focusing especially around the Ankh. The Ankh is a powerful symbol with a range of energy circulation techniques connected to it. When explored—on your own or with a partner—they enable you to expand into higher states of consciousness. The techniques presented here are initiatory keys. Used correctly, they unlock powerful energy, connecting you with all that you believe in.
Today Tantra is synonymous with India, and the Taoist sexual arts of China. Few people know Egypt had its own unique exploration of Tantra, and yet the more you look into Egyptian spirituality, the more you see that tantra once flourished there. Much like paganism, the Roman Empire and its political agenda suppressed non-Christian teachings over hundreds of years, and later Islamic influence continued that suppression.
First, let us understand what we mean when we say ‘tantra’. In India it means ‘to weave’ or ‘to unite’. It also denotes sacred texts. However, much within Indian classical tantra did not explore sex directly, instead it sought the inner union between Shiva and Shakti. Shiva denotes the masculine, witnessing consciousness, and Shakti the feminine life-force energy that animates all of life.
More recently neo-tantra—a modernised form of tantra—has spread throughout the world, inspired most especially by the Indian guru Osho. His extensive teachings on all spiritual traditions included an exploration of tantra. He invited people to see sex, love and spirituality as united aspects of one whole—a view so controversial he was branded ‘the sex guru’.
As Osho said:
