About this ebook
Introduction
Do you remember the last time something made you cry? It was probably a sad movie or hearing an emotional song. You might have even cried because of someone else's problems. Crying is good for us to release all that tension and pain we are feeling inside, but sometimes it happens when there shouldn't be any reason at all! At those times, I am here to help with this book about bad days, some therapy through reading where words can help us overcome our problems.
We all have those days where we feel like life is just not worth living anymore. Some of us may be dealing with a divorce; some may be going through the death of a loved one, and others might even be dealing with losing their job. It's never easy to go through these types of things, and sometimes it can make us want to give up on life altogether. But what would happen if someone told you that there were only three more days left? What would you do differently?
This book is about bad days, the days when there's something that makes us cry. Maybe someone died, broke up with our partner, or lost a job. There are many reasons for crying, and I want to make people think about what they would do if they knew it was three days left?
Would they spend more time with their loved ones? Would they finally tell that person how they feel? Or would they just try and make the most of the little time they have left?
I hope this book can help people reflect on their lives and consider their importance. No one knows when their last day will be, so making every day count is essential.
