Passion, Fashion & Heart - Christina Kilmister
The Fabulous Five
Let me introduce my five lovely ladies, all with a personal story of the realization that they were not happy with how they felt or looked. I wanted to show by sharing these gorgeous women with you, from all walks of life, ages, experiences and body types. Sometimes we just need a little sprinkle of love, help and guidance.
Read on as they unveil their moments that made them say, ‘No more… I want to do something. This is all about me!’
Firstly we have Emma… well, you already know a little about her as she was my first styling make over, and my inspiration to be doing what I am now.
Emma is in her mid-thirties, with dark brown hair that is super straight and well below the shoulders, large brown eyes framed by thick lashes that look fake, but aren’t. She is married with two gorgeous girls, Sally and Ella, five and seven years old. She works as a part time administrator in a doctor’s surgery. Her husband John is a computer technician and works for a large corporation in the city. They have been together for twelve years and live in a quiet suburb on the shores of Auckland.

To create a body that appears more balanced, you will need to take emphasis away from the thigh area, and draw it up to the top part of the body – that nice slimmer part.
A little later we can go into more detail on the shapes, but for now let’s look at Emma’s moment of pain, the one that pushed her to make a change about how she felt about herself. This was prior to meeting me. After hearing her story, you will understand why at the school that day she asked for my help. I am so happy that I gave it.
Emma had just arrived at the school to pick up the girls, where she found her oldest daughter Ella in tears. Sally was with her and patting her gently on the arm a little awkwardly, not quite knowing what to do but clearly worried about her big sister. Emma ran up to her. ‘What happened? Are you hurt?’
Ella, upon seeing her mum, quickly wiped her tears away, and with a very good effort on her part summoned a
