Top Noa

Top Noa always wanted to write serious adult fiction. But it was in children and young adult fantasies where she found volume. Her writing journey started out with journals. Alas, her life was fresh out of sword fighting. Nowadays she fills the pages of a novel. When she’s not writing in her novel, she writes about her insights on life.  Or she could be working through her next plot point through hiking, doing chores, or hanging out with friends.

Finally, her bow glided across like a gentle wave. A sweet melody suddenly rose into the air; the vibration of the strings seeped into Ari’s skin. Slowly, she withdrew her bow, nervously awaiting the judges’ responses.

    A brief silence passed.

The judges, at last, met her gaze, apparently still recovering from the shock of her unique yet powerful opening. One of the judges cleared his throat and pushed back his spectacles. Oh, that was a very unique and interesting interpretation of . . . what was it again?
