The author was sent by her boss to break up with a woman he was dating. She did not agree with having to break up with women for him, but she felt she could do a better job than him at it, so she kept going.

The author had a terrible love life, which consisted of her dumping people for her boss, Damian Banks.

The author is a thirty-three-year-old woman who works as a PA for a lawyer. She lives paycheck to paycheck and is always broke. She spends her free time vintage and charity shopping. She also works at a coffee shop by day.

The author used to think that working in a creative field would make every day brighter, that the world would seem more beautiful, but she has the opposite experience at Damian Daries' company.
