Wind is the way to righteousness -
Poetry in word, from the Word.
Earth is of dust
We are made - born, into darkness.
The path is the light
search the deepest part of your soul
it’s the heart of man that matters.
Seek and one will find
ask and it will be given unto you
knock and the door shall be open.
All you have to do is step through and in the end your destiny has been written in.
Taken and given
Renewed from birth to life to death to him who engraved, designed, and sculptured.
Your eternity unique
carved into the image of me, Emmanuel.

Mercy is an attribute of God. It is not to be confounded by or confused with mere goodness. This mistake is often made. You will see at once that it is a mistake, if you consider that mercy is directly opposed to justice. Justice, on the other hand, is one of the natural and legitimate developments of goodness. Goodness may demand the exercise of justice. Indeed, it often does, but to say that mercy demands the exercise of justice is to use the word without meaning. Mercy asks that justice be set aside. Of course, mercy and goodness stand in very different relation to justice and have very different attributes. Mercy is a disposition to pardon the guilty. Its exercise consists in halting and setting aside the penalty of law when that penalty has been incurred by transgression. Mercy is, as has been said, directly opposed to justice. Justice treats every individual according to his rewards; mercy treats the criminal very differently from what he deserves to be treated. Punishment is never the rule by which mercy is guided; it is precisely the rule of justice. One’s disposition is set by one’s nature. In human nature the disposition can be characterized by one’s ancestries. For example, the tribe in which we belong may be exemplified by the tribe of Judah. We may have the characteristics of that tribe. Injustice can be aligned to your race, but to each there is a temperament within. The individual must first acknowledge and accept the injustice brought about in society to contain justice.
Mercy is exercised only where there is guilt. It always presupposes guilt. The penalty of the law must have been previously incurred; otherwise there can be no scope for mercy. When one searches to find peace within, the individual has to die to themselves by seeking the face of the highest, our Lord. This is done by accepting and acquiring the truth about the nature of human flesh, but receiving the living water is accepting our savior, Jesus Christ.
Mercy must always be exercised in our lives, even though the individual may deserve punishment. We must understand that the exercising of justice is when God is working on our behalf. We must remember that God has placed us as the rewarder of our faith. A person might think that if the punishment is deserved, then it becomes no longer than the sentence; just as ill reward goes (during the time served) but no farther. God’s great mercy shows through our discipline by his word, that if endless punishment is due, then there is the scope for infinite mercy. But this is not true otherwise, as we see life in natural order as well as its spiritual. We must have balance if we live a free existence in the world. The word expresses that we are not of the world, but we must live by its laws.
Mercy personified comes when all else fails. Mercy was heartfelt and that’s why God let us in. Mercy isn’t grace; that was the law. Grace is what we were told to live by. First, we must hope without dread. To have grace is to have the integrity of God, but Mercy is new and reborn in the Savior, who died to give us life.
Food for Thought:
Jesus demands for greater grace with mercy in practice. We must remember that Jesus embraces those who humble themselves, acknowledging God’s right to rule, even if in practice they are not yet perfect. Why should you believe in the name of Jesus? How important is Jesus in your life? ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Grace and mercy transform as well as forgiveness, Jesus is meek and lowly in heart to the broken, and he heals and restores the needy who seek him. What type of transformation can you feel taking place in your spiritual life?

2 What Mercy Is
Faith is the thing unseen
It never doubts
It doesn't question
Or stop to look at things we go without.
Faith we seek
It never asks.
We walk by faith, it’s a blind man sight, it need not see if we believe in, he the Light.
The goal is to reach the height as we pray for love to relieve,
to help the ones who hunger for the bread of life.
Faith shall never burden or be unjust
Faith allows and shows us how much God cares.
For his love is never late.
Faith we seek
It never asks
We walk by faith
It’s a blind man’s sight.
It need not see if we believe
In he, the Light.

It is in tough times and in our hope that God acts. I walked through a dark valley as many of us have, but through it I can say I always maintained some glimmer of hope. In my reflections of those days I saw hope coming through in thoughts, scripture notes, prayers and in reflections. Hope surrounds us all even when darkness appears.
We need to always remember that with the cross and the darkness of the death of Jesus, God had the last word. This is so we can move from sorrow to glory. We must have certain hope that God is faithful and His grace is poured upon us in His Spirit.
Let’s remember the story of the meeting Jesus had with the Samaritan woman. In this story, God shows His grace at the most unlikely place, most unlikely time and to the most unlikely soul. He came in the heat of the day, to an enemy town and spoke to a Samaritan woman at that. He did things that seem so unlikely.
But He walks her from sin to light as He does for each of us. He exposed her sins and then instead of judgment, He gave her to drink from the living water, Divine Mercy. He spoke words of mercy and love. He didn’t judge, He loved and poured His divine mercy over her in oceans of mercy. Similarly, He will send His Holy Spirit to call you back to life and glorify Jesus.
I beg all to know this gift of the Father, that is His Divine
