- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This books gives you a ready-to-use and simple-to-follow programme for building muscle and strength using your body weight and a suspension trainer or set of rings. It is particularly helpful for those unwilling or struggling to create their own routine for long-term practice. The exercises in the programme have low skill requirements, which means that they can be done by nearly anyone. With a bit of creativity, you can take the framework and principles provided by the programme, modify them and create a custom callisthenics programme so that it matches your goals.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I got this book thinking it would help me get started in calisthenics. So far so good! I love the pictures and diagrams. Since I am a visual learner, it helps me see how I need to position myself to get the best results. All of the exercises are detailed enough to help out me and other beginners on how to understand the stretches and exercises. I can't wait to fully submerge myself into the field of calisthenics with this book as my tool.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really enjoyed the comprehensive, yet simple explanation of the need for a foundation of tension with flexibility for the beginning of any substantial and functional strength growth. Provides plenty of insight into how the progression within the suggested methods will with concentrated effort will produce results and do so, without injury. Inspiring and supportive to person wanting a different path to real change in their form or methods.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Featuring incredibly detailed charts and beautifully-designed graphs, Progressive Calisthenics The 20-Minute Dream Body with Bodyweight Exercises is in my opinion a top-notch book on calisthenics and bodyweight training. Instead of giving me a list of incredibly time-consuming and complicated workouts (like a lot of other books do), Progressive Calisthenics showed me that I could achieve a high level of fitness simply by training for 20-30 minutes per day!
