I couldn't watch people wallow ignorantly in depression when all the joy and peace the crave is within them. I decided to crystalize these discovery in an ebook.

But while it lasts, join me in this move to enlighten the world about these powerful instruments of happiness already within us that can transform our daily experiences when effectively harnessed. Get it for your friends and family while it's still available

Introduction
After every Olympics I think I fell into a major state of depression, and after 2012 that was probably the hardest fall for me. I didn’t want to be in the sport anymore...a year and a half, two years after that...I didn’t want to be alive anymore. I think people actually finally understand it’s real. People are talking about it and I think this is the only way that it can change." — Michael Phelps
Depression sucks. It’s a gloomy abyss where your joy is robbed, where the whole world seems ugly. It comes with an empty feeling of despair you can’t explain because it seems no would ever understand. It would leave you feeling worthless, unlovable, empty and completely disoriented. And sadly, the fact that once you’ve been depressed, it tends to return in an endless circle is sickening.
Looking at the statistics, one can’t help but cringe at the grim figures.
322 million people worldwide suffer from depression, according to the World Health Organization.
Depression represents the main cause of disability throughout the world.
75% of people suffering from a mental disorder receive no treatment in developing countries.
Over 34 million US
