There are tons of "net worth" millionaires roaming the streets. Don't be fooled by their bragging and showboating. Most of them bought the right property at the right time.
Or they invested in Tesla and let Elon Musk do the heavy lifting. The question becomes if they sold their stocks or homes, how would they invest the money to achieve the same results?
Building a high net worth doesn't always take much financial education. We need to buy a home, so we buy a home. The market does the rest. However, achieving a high level of passive income takes financial sophistication.
Would you rather have $1 million in the bank paying you nothing (Tesla) or $40,000/year of income from dividends? Everyone is different, but I want the cash flow. Inside, I look at the differences between static and functional wealth to help you decide how you want to become rich.
