It was so amazing seeing Roger again, and we almost kissed! I can’t get that moment out of my mind. It was so special. I am kinda glad we didn’t kiss, though. His fiancée is a nice woman. I’m trying not to think about him in that way.

I’m doing a modeling job for Kitty Giordano! Can you believe it? I’m freaking out! I have one week to prepare. I’m super self-conscious about the whole thing. I have to get in shape. Ugh.

Once through the heavy iron gates at Foxner, I was reminded of all things collegiate, although this was only a glorified high school. On a brisk December morning, girls participated in sports out in the field for lacrosse, while a group jogged around the track.

I wish I was still in the Caribbean, I muttered, as I stared out the window of the limo.

Carl chuckled, Back to the grind.

I scooted over to the seat behind him. Christmas break’s not till December 17 th. I sighed heavily, suddenly reluctant to get out of the vehicle.
