LITTLE BOOK
OF WELLNESS!
My Natural Health Studio – Beauty with Balance – is on the stunning Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. I am a qualified and experienced Kinesiologist, Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Qigong (chi-gong) Facilitator and a qualified massage therapist with a blend of many other modalities in my toolbox. The broad education I have gained over many years gives me a good understanding of how the body and mind works together, allowing me to give very personalised, individual sessions for every client.
Through my own health issues and dysfunctional family challenges earlier in my life, I discovered my greatest healing was through Natural Health Practitioners plus a good healthy food plan and exercise that suited my body. Drawn from my own positive results and many years of education, I developed a passion to assist others onto a healthier and more balanced pathway.
My life purpose is to share this with as many people as possible in a simple and easy way that fits into your busy lifestyle.
I feel great joy in the success of my clients living a healthier, more relaxed, balanced and happier life! Leaving the negative in the past to focus and experience a more positive present and future.
