Synopsis
The World of Matagato tells the great adventure of four young men who, guided by curiosity, seek the true reason for the exile of one of the greatest magicians of all time.
Foreword
When in a world full of powers and magic, it takes the place of a heart full of envy and pride, the things that you will see below usually happen. Two men conspire and plot the vilest accusation anyone who has ever done it can receive. Many decades ago, a great magic power was found by some humble peasants neighboring the most powerful people of magic in the great City. These gave such power to each of the inhabitants of the great city as a guarantee that no one would ever try to use it. But as time went by, everything changed. The desire to know what power would be obtained by using such magic was what led the mayor of the big city and his teammate, the sergeant, to plan such a robbery that in such a way that the affected person was the one man whom the two of them did not trust. Now everything went in favor of the mayor, his partner. Can they hide their evil forever, or will someone know that what they did with such a man was a vile lie. That is what we are really going to know as we join these four young men who will go on a great adventure as a detective looking for the real culprits before everything is too late.
Chapter 1
In a very far corner, four young people whose ages were 13, 14, 15, and 16; they watched attentively from the window of their room, which was at the top of an old and strange mansion belonging to their parents and grandparents, what was happening in the great city of powerful men. They called him that because there, both large and small, possessed magical power and, depending on each person’s gift, could create special things for their benefit.
In those days, there was a lot of peace and joy, but something unusual was happening, said young people while they watched what was happening from their room; they could not understand why a large crowd of people with magical powers uprooted a great castle that belonged to a very strange man in his field.
As the boys continuously observed what was happening with said castle, they also noticed that this man was trying to talk to the crowd about the mistake they were making with him since he was not the culprit for the disappearance of the power of hidden magic. This power belonged to all the inhabitants of that great city, but their arguments were not heard amid all the uproar. From one moment to another, the great castle began to rise little by little into the air and, the owner of it, realizing that he could no longer do anything to stop them, said to himself:
Do not do it; I am the only person who can help you find the real culprits, and if you do not listen to me, you will suffer greatly.
Once those words were mentioned, tears began to flow from his face as his home moved away from the great city that he loved so much and which saw him born; he became even sadder, and bowing his face, he entered the castle.
However, the 4 young people continued to watch from afar; they looked quite surprised by what had happened, as they noticed how the magic power of everyone was moving the great castle away to a very high place in the forest. They did not imagine what was going to happen.
The place where the man was located next to his castle was the cursed mountain.
When they left it there, an explosion was heard in that place. The boys were surprised by what happened; they saw how the magic power returned to each of its possessors
When it was all over, each of the people who participated in the damage to that man, little by little, were stunned by his thoughts; they looked thoughtful and confused by what they had done because, in reality, they did not know if it had been the right thing or not. Do not.
After a while, they began to retreat to their homes; while some talked on the road, others simply looked back, waiting for what might happen to that man.
These 4 boys, who were still in their room, were saddened by what they had seen. It was time to go back to bed when one of them was curious and wanted to look once more through the window. To his surprise, a flash of light caught his attention. He got closer to the window and could see that 2 people were facing each other using his magical powers, but not knowing what to think and to feel a bit doubtful about what he was seeing; he called his sister Dritt saying in a voice short:
Dritt, sister, come see this.
As young Bleik continued to watch, Dritt approached him and said:
What’s the matter, brother? Please, let’s go to sleep now.
No, no, come and look at this, something strange is happening there with those 2 people, look, it seems that they are both fighting. - Bleik said
Dritt, being the most intelligent, carefully observed her brother with a penetrating look, making him understand that she was not wasting his time. Still, she wanted to believe in her brother and carefully observed what happened with those people who were arguing among themselves. Yes. To see better, she put on her glasses and realized that something very strange was happening there.
They both began to mutter to each other, causing their other 2 companions to wake up. As they approached, they looked with their tired faces, one of them named Yeriel, said to them:
What’s the matter with you two? Why is it that you haven’t fallen asleep yet, and you murmur a lot?
Bleik, making a sign of silence to his companion, asked them to come to the window and observe for themselves what was happening.
Yeriel and his sister Xionelis saw the discussion of both people with their magical powers, and Yeriel said to his companions:
But wasn’t everyone gone home? So what are these two doing still there, and why are they using their powers?
That is my question too. - Bleik said.
As they probed, they looked thoughtful, but speaking once more, Bleik mentioned:
When we went to our beds, I was curious and got up again to look out the window and see that everything was fine, but a flash of light piqued my curiosity when I
