Christoph's six-step process shows you how to create the perfect schedule for every week. From No Time to Free Time is ideal for business owners who say any of the following:
I'm so busy, I don't have time.
I'd like to work smarter not harder.
I'd love to improve my work/life balance.
I need more hours in my day.
I work 7 days a week, don't have time off.
I never have time for myself because my business is consuming all my time.
I'm so stressed out, don't have a life, haven't had a vacation in years.
Some thoughts on the areas you'll learn to balance:
"Time is more valuable than money, because time is irreplaceable." John C. Maxwell
Money is not the root of all evil. The love of money is. Use it well.
Just as on an airplane you have to put the mask on yourself first, you have to be healthy for balance.
Relationships with family, friends, and business associates can help or hinder balance.
Self-improvement is not an afterthought. It has to be an ongoing effort that supports your purpose.
Set time aside to nurture your spiritual self. It's an overlooked component in many lives.

INTRODUCTION
Hello!
I promise you that our time together will be invaluable and you’ll walk away with lots of golden nuggets that you can implement right away. What would an extra hour or two a day do for you?
Imagine a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction at the end of the day, knowing that everything that you needed to get done really did get done.
What would that do for you? How would that make you feel?
Take a moment, now. If you want, close your eyes. Imagine having an extra hour or two a day. How will you use the time? Throughout the book, you’ll find questions. The idea is not for you to take action on every one but for you to think about those issues and others that are even more relevant for your own situation and consider them when you make decisions on how you will spend your valuable time.
Let’s Get Started!
Let’s start with clarity, which is actually the most important concept in personal productivity. This is the number one way to get more done faster. The greater your clarity, the easier it is to complete a task.
I often quote my mentor, Brian Tracy. I was certified by Brian Tracy. He says the key principle of life and productivity is that you become what you think about most of the time.
I like to use stories to illustrate my points. Then, it doesn’t sound like I’m just reciting a whole bunch of facts and information for you. It’s friendlier that way. I’ll usually give the people in my stories fictitious names. You’ll see stories throughout the book. Here is my own story to start.
My Story
Hello! I am Christoph Nauer, a native of Switzerland, pursuing the American dream. I’m an associate pastor specializing in pastoral ministry and spiritual direction, and a Business & Life Coach helping people find their professional path to SUCCESS. I am a husband, a father, and an active member in a local interfaith Coalition seeking to eliminate poverty. It is my belief that we are not on Earth to merely exist and use up natural resources. We are meant to provide help and needed services while creating a satisfying source of income for self and family. My path to where I am today was long and varied. It led me through a stream of vocations relationships, and locations over many years.
In the summer of 2010, a friend invited me to a men’s group. One of the group members was a life coach. When I heard that, a light went on. A few years earlier, a career coach mentioned life coaching which was a completely foreign idea to me at that time. Meeting George at the men’s group reminded me of the career coach’s suggestion and we began talking. After many hours of long discussions, I finally asked if he could train me. Funny you should ask,
he said, I’m just transitioning from coaching people to training new coaches.
Long story short, I became his first student.
I was nervous and asked my coach for scripts, outlines, etc. I wanted to be prepared to say the right thing. My friend Tom, who invited me to the men’s group to begin with, volunteered to be my guinea pig. Tom promptly reported to my coach, saying, "He is doing a great job, but you have to
make him lose the script. Reluctantly, I did even though I was very nervous.
It’ll come to you, is what George instilled in me. Easy for him to say. He was right. I became fully present to my client, listening and then gently suggesting certain actions. The more I practiced the easier it became, and my motto became:
What we learn, we practice, what we practice, we become."
Now that you know my story, you can understand why
