- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I normally assiduously avoid crime fiction and mysteries, but I'm huge fan of Fredric Brown's sf, so I am tracking down his other works. I read this fast-paced puzzle in one sitting and am still loving the surprise ending.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Unsettling story takes us inside the mind of a cold-blooded, calculating, remorseless killer, as well as into the minds of his victims and near-victims. Definitely not one of Brown's lighter entertainments - this one will chill you a bit. The killer's thought processes are fascinating. But there is one little thing the killer didn't think of....
