    The Golden Weapons!

    History of Tsugaria

    by Jordan Gardner

    Part One

    The Dragon Realm is Born

    Chapter One

    The Original Dragons

    Tsaguria, 15,000 BC

It was a normal day on the continent of Tsaguria. The flowers were flourishing and were being pollinated by many species. None of which any human from Earth could recognise. They had no way to access this place, not yet at least.

A dragon goddess known as Divinus was watching this continent, which she had created only a few years earlier. She had spent the time searching throughout the heaven realm for magical stones so she could start creating magical creatures to inhabit this world.

Even though the magical stones she’d been searching for were not that uncommon, she had been looking for the highest tier of heaven stones, to make certain that the creatures she was about to create were very strong and also highly magical. Such high-quality stones are both very rare and also hard to get. The tasks she had to complete in order to retrieve the stone removed her godlike abilities, which had a major impact on the time it took for her to finish finding the stones she was searching for.

The many creatures she gave rise to through her creation of the world were ones who developed on their own, and you're probably wondering how they could have developed so fast in only just a few years. Divinus created this planet and its star just a few years ago, but that is from her perspective. The planet has existed in a universe outside the worlds of the greats for around the same time as Earth, and its star is around the same age as the planet. Earth and the planet Divinus created were in different universes.

Although Divinus had already decided the name of the continent which she was observing earlier, she had decided on little else, maybe one day, intelligent creatures other than the ones she was about to create would rise and give a name to the planet and all the other regions that lay beyond the mountains that mark the outline of Tsaguria.

Divinus had gathered five stones from within the heaven world, the realm where all the divine beasts live. This included the biblical character known as God, who would eventually be the one many people would believe is the guy who created our universe.

She was going to use the five stones to create five dragons, each with a powerful, yet unique ability. The first stone she was using was a stone of gold, it represented strength, and most of the other intelligent life forms within the heaven world used gold to protect their most valued things. Even though gold is a weak metrial in our universe, it is actually 1,000 times stronger in the heaven world than in ours, which may sound like a lot, but the heaven world has all the same discovered and undiscovered elements as we do in our universe, it’s just that all those materials are exactly 1,000 times stronger than their Earth equivalents.

She threw the gold stone from the heaven world toward the continent she had named and the stone slowly decelerated and formed into a dragon with shiny golden scales; she gave this male dragon the name of Golderian. When the stone finished forming the golden dragon, Golderian was fast asleep, and he would stay that way until Divinus had finished summoning the other dragons from within the stones she had gathered.

The next stone she was going to throw onto the planet she had made was a pink one. It symbolised love, nothing less, nothing more. In the heaven world, it's considered the most useless of the power stones you can find within the heaven world.

Divinus threw the pink stone, and it also descended slowly toward Tsaguria, but it was heading to a unique part of the continent, far from where Golderian had landed, the stone slowly transformed into a beautiful pink female dragon. The name given to her was Amphenion, she would spread love. Her tail scales were in the shape of love hearts. She was also fast asleep when the stone finished forming her.

The third stone was a colour between indigo and violet, being more on the indigo side. As you may or may not already be aware, on the Planet of Regions, the colour indigo refers to the power of imagination, and any colour between indigo and violet would have something to do with mental abilities. The same is true in the heaven world, where flowers, drinks and foodstuffs that take on a colour that is indigo, or one that is somewhere between indigo and violet are exceptionally good at increasing mental health.

This stone was a stone of knowledge, used for increasing the knowledge of the one who wielded it. This stone was going to create the eldest and wisest of the dragons.

Divinus threw the knowledge stone toward Tsaguria; this stone headed toward another part of the continent, one separate from the places that the previous two had landed. As it descended, it formed into a dragon that was almost the same colour as the stone; it was another male dragon, and his scales were slightly grey and the colour of the stone that was being used to form him. His scales were grey because he was to be older than the other dragons. Since there are no significant aging signs in the heaven world, since nothing there can die, it astounded Divinus that the dragon had a grey colouring to it mixed in with the colours the dragon had gained from the stone.

The name given to this old and wise dragon was Gurashian. For the third time, the dragon came to rest on the ground, fast asleep, just as the stone finally finished forming him.

Divinus, after a few minutes, got over her surprise at the fact that dragons turned grey as they aged, was ready to toss in the fourth stone.

This next stone was as black as night, and if you stare at it long enough, you will fall asleep and have nightmares. You may have a hard time believing that Divinus, even though she was a very good goddess, since she literally lived within the heaven world, where all things good originated, would search for a stone which can cause nightmares. Well, it’s because of one very simple rule: That which can create, can also destroy. Even though this stone had a knack for creating and causing nightmares, its basic use in the heaven world was to absorb and destroy nightmares.

Now that you are aware of the simple rule of the stones, this means that the other dragons that the stones produced could also, if they decided to, destroy instead of create, but of course Divinus was already well aware of this and purposely created dragons with pure gold hearts, unable to become corrupt, as she will with this black stone and the other stone she had yet to throw onto Tsaguria.

She finally threw the black stone onto Tsaguria. It slowly developed into yet another male dragon, which had scales as black as midnight. His eyes were way different from the others. This will be because he’ll have night vision. The name Divinus gave him was Nocturous, he’ll be the king of the night, protecting the dreams of those who will be his subjects.

That’s right, Divinus was also planning on making other dragons. However, since she will create them after she used all the stones, they will be smaller and much less powerful. Why was this? Well, it’s because Divinus herself was previously a demigoddess three years ago. She only recently became a goddess and was still considerably weaker than the other creatures with the god rank. God recently gave her the permission to create her own worlds in whichever universe she chooses by God himself.

After thirty seconds, the same time for the other dragons, Nocturous had finished forming and was slumbering on the nice warm grass. Also, he was nowhere near where the other three had landed.

The last stone she had, and was about to throw was by far the rarest and hardest to get, a stone with strong negative energy, this stone was crimson red, like blood, and God created it to absorb negative emotions, and negative thoughts. Even those who held the weakest tier of these stones found themselves unable to be racist and sexist, they also could not curse, bully or insult. Basically, those who hold these stones could not do bad things, even though before they had those stones people knew them as the most terrifying gods/ goddesses, doing terrible things and making everyone upset and feel bad. These gods and goddesses were at significant risk of being sent to the hell world, which was the opposite of heaven.

She sent this last crimson stone toward Tsaguria, and it headed toward a region that was also far away from the other places the previous dragons had landed. The stone was now slowly forming into yet another beautiful female dragon, this one being a blood red dragon with shiny scales, that reflected the light of the star that illuminated the planet which Tsaguria was on. Despite her beauty, this dragon was only 77% as beautiful as Amphenion. The name Divinus gave to this beautiful and shining blood red dragon was Negiminus.

Unlike the other dragons, who formed asleep, Negiminus was being formed slowly awaking, and as she became more and more awake as more and more of her form appeared, the other four dragons were also awakening simultaneously. They were at the same level as awakeness as this new dragon that was still slowly descending and forming, and as she formed more and awakened more, the other four would also become more awake, always being in sync with her amount of awareness.

As soon as Divinus had landed and finished forming, she was now very well aware of everything; she was definitely awake with no sleepiness in her system at all.

The five dragons examined thier surroundings, bare of anything artificial. All that surrounded them was nature and creatures more beautiful than anything that is on our modern earth or even what we could have found in prehistoric earth.

Divinus cleared her throat, which made the five dragons which she had created from stones look up. They each saw a cloud was in the same shape as Divinus herself. All the dragons had a look of confusion upon the face, they could not recognise the shape of the one who created them, after all they never saw her in person as they were previously in stones, and one thing stones are very famous for is having no eyes. She could not believe that even the smartest, wisest and oldest dragon Gurashian could not recognise her, this shocked her. She cried slightly and knew now that she had to explain what’s going on.

Hello my five stars. She began, even though the voice was coming through the clouds from the perspective of the five dragons, it was still as clear and as heavenly as if they were standing directly in front of her, although she must have been thousands of metres above them. My name is Divinus, she continued in her heavenly voice, I’m the dragon goddess, and I also created all five of you from stone which took me three years to gather. You are all on the continent known as Tsaguria, the border of which has mountains. Not a single part of the border has non-mountainous terrain. None of you can fly over this terrain or destroy it. There are of course other continents on the planet other than yours, however I was too lazy and didn’t name them, nor did I name the planet on which you now live. Anyway, now that you know where you are and where you come from, do you have questions?

Yes, I do, Stated Golderian in a voice that if you were to hear it, you would immediately trust the person from which the voice originated, it was so powerful that even the person who would doubt absolutely everybody would welcome the protection and safety of the one who owned the voice. You say there are four others, yet I can not see them. How am I to know you speak the truth?

Simple, Divinus replied, only Golderian could hear her voice this time, use your magic I gave you, I magically connected the stone I used to create you, so all of you can communicate with the other four, no matter how far apart you are.

Thank you. Golderian, he then attempted to use the magic that Divinus had given him.

All the other dragons heard a communication from Golderian, all he said was: hi. All the other dragons immediately understood that he was just testing this communication. They all respectfully replied hi. to him, and Golderian heard their voices echo that word in his head.

Are there any more questions? Divinus inquired, addressing all the dragons again.

    No, They all simultaneously replied.

Very good, I have given you a country which you now control, your current goal is to build up communities within your countries, I marked the borders of the lands you control with flowers the same colour as your scales. You have five days to build as many urban and suburban areas as you wish, and you may name them anything you want. At the end of this five-day period I will summon two hundred new dragons in each country, and I will give you all a new task.

With that last explanation, the cloud form of Divinus spread out and formed normal rain clouds with normal rain cloud shapes. Suddenly appearing in front of each of the five dragons were three copper tools, a copper axe, a copper pickaxe and a copper hammer, and they all appeared on a piece of paper which contained instructions.

The instructions written on the pieces of paper were: Please be careful, these tools are 100 times stronger than the copper equivalent on this planet.

Now that they understood what they were to do and had the tools to do so, it was now time for them to begin.

    Chapter Two

The Temple of the Five Stars

Golderian wanted to first make plans for the country, and the cities which his subjects will build within it, but first he would need to name the land which Divinus gave him control over. So what was the name he gave to the land he controlled? The name he chose was Goldrial, he just wanted part of his name referenced within the name of the land he will build.

In order to draw out a plan, he would need access to paper, or something to imprint his ideas onto, he attempted to contact Gurashian, who would know how to create paper, or a metrial which would be easy to etch on, he would also know how to create writing tools. However, all Golderian could get was static. Obviously other dragons had already figured out that they'll need some way of reminding themselves on what they were going to build, where to build it, and how to put it together. This was going to need teamwork in order for all five of them to build cities for their future subjects to live in.

Soon enough, Gurashian could finally contact Golderian, and transferred knowledge over to him without Golderian even having to speak telepathically. Gurashian was well aware of what Golderian was about to request from him, since other dragons had already contacted him.

Now Golderian was ready to build places for his country. But there was still one more issue. How was he supposed to use these tools that only human hands can hold? He stared once more at the paper and using his magic he levitated it so he could use the starlight of the planets nearest star to see the other side of the paper, and sure enough, Divinus had written something on the other side, he lowered it down again, flipping it as he did, on this side of the paper was a list of powers specific to Golderian, as it included abilities that the other dragons couldn't have had. One ability, which was both very useful and most likely shared by the other four, was the ability to transform into a humanoid form.

None of the dragons had godlike abilities, but their level of magic was exceptional, they could duplicate the tools they had infinitely. They could also duplicate any tools they would later create. The only limitation was that they must already either have the object or know exactly where to find said object while also having access to it. If there was something that Golderian knew about, but no way of obtaining it, he wouldn't be able to duplicate it.

With the combination of the duplicated tools and Gurashian’s knowledge, Golderian could make the same amount of progress in five days as humans had made by the late 14th century. Sure the cities he’d built were nowhere near advanced as Tokyo, nor was there any form of mass transit, both of which were totally unknown concepts for Golderian, and Gurashian probably wouldn't have thought about automobiles, train engines or even airplanes for thousands of years.

Golderian soon finished building his villages, they seemed to come straight from the Middle Ages. He even built a castle for himself to live in. However, he’d forgotten to read one more very important thing that Divinus had written for him, and that was that all the new dragons that will arrive at midnight will be six times smaller than Golderian. The same went for the other four since they were all the same size. This simply meant that all the communities he constructed had buildings that were way too large and also were not suitable for humans either.

Gurashian visited Golderian first, he went to the centre were all the flower borders meet up; he went in a counter-clockwise direction, passing through Amphenion’s border in order to get to Golderian. When Gurashian saw the way Golderian had designed the buildings inside his country, it appalled Gurashian to see that the buildings were too huge for the dragons to live in; he told Golderian all about the last message Divinus had left them, and apologised for not notifying him earlier, he was way too busy sorting out his own kingdom and the lands controlled by the other three. After a simple explanation, Golderian understood everything. He just thought that Divinus would make dragons the same size as him and that they wouldn't have the magical ability to turn humanoid like they did. But after Gurashian’s short yet detailed speech, Golderian now knew that he had been under the wrong impression this whole time.

Fortunately, the wisest dragon spotted his errors before midnight, when Divinus would visit again and explain their next task. Gurashian was an expert in alchemy and had already created a potion which would decrease the size of the buildings that Golderian had built.

At the end of the five-day period all five dragons had built impressive cities, villages and communities, the most advanced of which only had technology and building styles which were common in the 16th century. Soon enough, midnight of this fifth and final day arrived. The moon tonight was brighter than it had been for the last four days, and it was a full moon. On the other days, the dragons had only seen it slowly waxing. Five bright beams descended toward the farming fields the dragons had designed.

Hello again, my five stars. Stated Divinus, suddenly dark spots started appearing on the moon as if there was meteors striking it in order to generate craters. But the appearance of the craters was too rapid to anything, even the dragon of knowledge was aware that not even meteor showers would strike that fast. Beside that, there was absolutely no sign of meteors before the craters on the moon appeared.

You may wonder about the beams of light coming from your moon. Divinus explained. Well, when they finally land in the countries you control, they will spawn two hundred dragons each. Since my abilities as a Goddess aren’t particularly strong, your subjects will be six times smaller and will have a small amount of magic. They all would be class two magical creatures. But they will also be able to turn into humanoid creatures, just like you. Of course I already explained this, albeit in far less detail, with the single piece of paper I gave you. I hope Gurashian helped you all make your cities, villages and communities an appropriate size for the dragons those lights will produce. Also, I hope you all created maps to help your citizens know the names of the places you built, and also how to navigate around them. If you had not made maps, please do so now and then duplicate them. Are there questions anyone would like to ask?

I would love to ask a question. Amphenion stated with a voice so heavenly that it was impossible not to fall in love with her once you heard her speak. Even the most cold-hearted, cynical and spiteful person would gain feelings for her if they heard her voice.

Ask away, Amphenion, star of love. Divinus replied.

What is this class two business you stated within your long explaination?

Well, to put it simply, she explained, making sure all five of them could hear. We, in the heaven world, put magical levels into classes. We have shared this knowledge to our creations. The higher your magic class, the more magical power you have. All five of you are class eleven, meaning you have near godlike abilities, your potential is almost unlimited. While your subjects will only be class two, they can do many things but there are still a ton of limitations to their abilities, for much more information I've sent books to your libraries that go into much deeper details, talking about it directly takes ages.

Thank you. Amphenion replied, a drip of sweet was going down her forehead in a cartoon manner, as if she was still processing the enormous amount of information.

Are there any more questions? Divinus asked, at this point the columns of light that were being shot or from the moon were close to touching the ground.

Why do you call us stars? Inquired Negiminus in a voice that could calm even the most angry people in the world.

It’s a reference to the stones which I used to create you, stars exist in all the universes, and within the realms of the greats, this even includes the realm that is the opposite of heaven. When an enormous star goes into a supernova, the remnants turn into the highest quality of heaven stone. We know these as the super-star quality. However, since I created you directly from the stones, you only have powers that are one tier lower, which would be the star tier of heaven stones.

She observed the five dragons and noticed she had completely satisfied them. But just to be safe, she asked once more time: is there any other question? She used the same calm voice, she had not become annoyed at all.

As she had predicted all five dragons agreed that they now understood enough not to have any more questions to ask her, and just in time too, the beams had finally made ground contact, and dragon after dragon came out of the beam, some of them stumbling over previous dragons which had left the light just before them. The number of dragons kept increasing until eventually each beam had produced exactly two hundred dragons. They then ascended back into the moon in only ten seconds.

Now my stars, Divinus spoke again. Are you ready for your next task?

Yes! They all exclaimed simultaneously, they were so excited to see what they were going to do next that they all unconsciously wagged thier tails as if they were excited dogs, even though the tasks that Divinus had given to them prior that people would consider boring, they considered it to be funner than any amusement park that you could think of. Divinus giggled, and wondered if she should point out the dragons’ irregular behaviour, but she didn’t really want to embarrass that which she had created, so she had made certain that she muted her laughter toward the five stars.

Very well then. She finally stated, making certain that there were absolutely no more giggles in her system. The last thing she wanted to do was to make the five stares feel ashamed of themselves. Gurashian is the only dragon who actually passed through the borders of your lands. Not only did he do that, the route he took lead him to where all five of your borders aligned with each other. So he is already aware of the information that I am about to relay to the rest of you. There’s actually a pentagon of land that none of you stars own. This land is not a place you should fight for, in fact it is a place of unity, a location which belongs to all five of you. I would like you to build a temple here, and you must work together to do so. Show me you have come together! Oh, and of course, make sure it's a suitable size for your humanoid forms.

Of course! The five stars replied simultaneously. They then began heading toward the area where all five of the borders met, they of course turned into their human forms before arriving. If they had kept their original form they’d get squashed together, something that even Amphenion found even the thought of such a gathering uncomfortable.

After they began thier journey, the shadows on the moon vanished just as fast as they had appeared, however none of the five stars were looking at it, but the 1,000 new residents were and all fainted from confusion since they did not know what magic even was yet.

    #

The five stars, Golderian, Amphenion, Gurashian, Nocturous and Negiminus soon arrived at the edges of the pentagon of space all of them shared. This was the first time they had actually had seen each other's human forms. When Gurashian visited the others, he and them were in their dragon forms as they all learned at that point that they could just use telekinesis to operate the tools that Divinus had given them, so there was no need for them to be in their human forms until now.

Golderian’s human form had blonde hair, green eyes, and a beard that stretched down to his 14th century pants, his shirt, albeit tattered and slightly worn, although this was only the second time he’s used this form, was as gold as his scales were when he was a dragon. Since clothes for royalty hadn’t come into existence in this world, all the outfits of the five stars were just as tattered and worn as they would be if they were subjects of a king and they had to work and toil for continuously. Golderian’s pants were brown, there was nothing particularly interesting about them, and his shoes were extremely warn, so warn that if a small bug were to land on one of them, it would just spring apart, and the shrapnel would spread distances that would seem to be unachievable because of the small amount of energy a small explosion would cause. Golderian also carried a glimmering golden shield and a sword that was both the same gold as his scales and was also the shape of a dragon scale. Historians would later know this sword as the first known scale sword.

Amphenion’s human form was as of a woman who looked as if she was between twenty-three and twenty-six, she was by far the most beautiful of all five of them, nobody had ever seen such beauty such as her, her face was one which you could fall in love with and it always seemed like she was always blushing. Her eyes were sky blue, but her pupils were heart-shaped. Her clothes, however, were just as tarnished as all the other outfits that the other four were wearing. However, her top was garish, clashing with the damp dreary colours that were on some other dragons. She had pants and skirts that nobody had invented yet; she had red hair, and the cutest, and most loveable face of them all, and, although nobody had invented perfume yet, a most wonderful scent exuded from her, her shoes were work boots, that were pink, as pink and bright as the rest of her tattered outfit. The only other thing she was wearing was a heart-shaped locket on a chain around
