About this ebook

In the far away galaxy of Lebtron there are seven peaceful planets ruled by the planet Majesty. Thanks to their Queen and King, their people lived in very peaceful, utopian worlds. One of the planets, Hell, was believed to be barren. Believing that no life existed on the planet, the people of Lebtron ignored it completely. This proved to be a mistake for the galaxy. For all of the galaxies demons, Shades, were quietly gathering on the planet of Hell. They grew strong and launched an attack on the head planet, murdering the King and Queen. Only the King and Queen's five children and what was left of the planets people escaped. Now, 13 years later, they are in hiding on a far away planet, a planet where they are learning to fight back to save their home. A planet called Earth.

    PROLOGUE

    Prologue_Galaxy.jpg

Not all parts of the universe are pleasant, some are living hell. Where I lived it was not only justified but encouraged to hurt and torture your children through fire and starvation. I was born on a planet called Hell, and that is just what it was hell. A burning ball of fire that would never die. It would be called a star only the flames aren’t fueled by natural gas but the billions of tortured souls of the beings trapped within. These creatures are known as Shades.

However, Hell wasn’t always like it is today. It once was no more than a prison built by the gods to contain all Shades. The prison had extended miles in every direction, and was walled by massive metal doors that no Shade could break; protected by the god’s powers and spells, the prison was inescapable, even to the shades.

Centuries later the gods discovered a man with a gift comparable to that of the devil himself. This man’s arrival had long been foreseen by the prophecy. They were worried of his potential power. Though they feared his devil like abilities, they saw that he had many mortal flaws. For one, when confronted by the gods, the man surrendered in fear. The true devil would never have done such a thing, or so the prophecy for told. They knew this couldn’t be the devil. The prophecy foresaw that the devil would be born good but in time be overcome by the overwhelming power he/she possessed. The gods looked at the man before them and realized he was far too old to be overcome with evil. The man pleaded for his life, and the gods asked what he had to offer for his soul. The man said that he would prove to the gods that he could live in peace on hell by breeding a race of beings like himself only mutated into wraith like creatures. So the gods agreed, out of curiosity. After all, what could possibly go wrong? They had no idea how wrong they were.

The newborn race, which called themselves Helzene’s, who learned to live off the planet by feeding off Hell’s flames. After many years the surface began to burn out and grow barren, so the Helzenes began to tunnel to the planets core, which they believed would have an unlimited supply of fire. As you can imagine they were in for quite a surprise when they encountered a vast metal prison deep in the planet. Then the Helzene’s made a mistake they would not soon forget. The Helzene’s selected their strongest men to band together and bring down the prison gate that was keeping them from their precious fire. As soon as the great metal gate broke free from its hinges a shrill hissing surrounded them, echoing through the tunnel. Then from deep within the metal walls of the prison a strange voice spoke out in a language the Helzenes had never heard before. When the voice cut off, total silence filled the tunnel. The Helzene’s froze in terror as a great cloud of misty black smoke filled the tunnel. It swirled around them, and suddenly the silence was broken as hissing erupted from all sides. The Helzene leader shouted for the women and children to retreat. Just then the cloud began to spiral to the ground and in a final puff of black ash a figure of a ghostly Shade appeared. The Shade then called out in the same violent tone as before and lifted his skeletal arm and pointed a single claw like finger at the trembling Helzenes. The Shade continued to speak in his strange tongue as another Shade emerged from the mist beside him, this one more slender and feminine. The Shades began to slowly glide towards the Helzene commander and with one final hiss the dark mist touched the ground revealing thousands of frail skeletal Shades in their leaders wake.

The battle that followed was unlike anything the Helzenes could have imagined. To fight a Shade that is not possessing a solid mortal form is a near impossible task. For no mortal weapon can harm them and each blow you deliver passes through leaving no damage at all. As you can imagine, the fight did not last long. The Helzenes desperately tried to kill the unbillable foe’s that were beginning to possess their greatest warriors and use them against their own people. In the chaos and confusion the people were overwhelmed and in minutes the only living Helzenes that remained were possessed by Shades. Then something unexpected happened, the Shades soul overthrew the Helzene’s leaving only the Shade to possess the body. This made a new species of demon; Shades would now always have a solid form. The first Shade had taken the commander as host and his female mate led many of the women, and younger Shades to find the retreating inhabitants of Hell. By the day’s end, the Shades had conquered Hell and began to rebuild the old kingdom.

I understand that to you my planet may seem unimaginable but our galaxy of Lebtron is considered Normal while yours is not. I grew up in a world where magic and demons weren’t just part of your nightmares but everyday life. Our galaxy consists of seven planets that revolve around star called Lux. Lux was forged by the gods shortly after the making of Hell. Like Hell, Lux is an internal flame that will never burn out. The eight planets that surround it are Hell, Vain, Majesty, Aqua, Midnight, Zadara and ice. Hell is the closest to the sun. Next is planet Vain, this planet is not just your average planet. Instead of a core in its center the planet has a live heart that beats. The people on the planet are called the Nikadas, Which worship the ground at their feet. Vain’s heart thrives off the worship of the Nikadas and in return the world provides food and shelter for them. The other main species on the planet is called Checheas.

The next and most important planet is Majesty. Majesty Lies between Vain and Aqua. Majesty is the planet that the gods chose to populate with their most prized species, Ancients. Ancients each have one ability, such as flying, or being able to summon lighting.

Aqua is a water world that has two main species. Sirens and Aquatics, which both live in the water. Sirens sing perfectly and when listened to by people they fall under there spell. Certain songs can do certain things, or they can just sing for their own pleasure. Aquatics can bend water, and swim under the pressure of up to 200 ft. deep underwater.

Midnight, is a planet that has many creatures but three stand out more than the rest. Creatures, Werewolves, and Fairies. Werewolves can transform into massive 300 pound wolves at will. They pray on Creatures and Fairies. Creatures are pale human like beings with distorted figures. They walk on all four legs, and can run up to a hundred miles per hour. Their only weakness is their skin, if caught by a predator they are easily ripped into shreds. Fairies can fly and cast spells. Their spells and magic is much weaker than that of witches. The Fairies, being very smart, made an alliance with the Creatures. There deal was that the Fairies would each be assigned at birth to a Creature. The Fairy would use their magic to make their Creatures skin impenetrable, in exchange for their protection.

Planet Zadara is home of Witches and Metallica’s. Metallica’s can move and manipulate metal. Witches are human like creatures that have the power of magic. Witches can cast spells both dark and white. Each goes through a rite of passage at the age of 12. They hold out a fireberry to the ancient dragon Saciya’s hatchlings. Whichever one eats your apple is your dragon. Female dragons are always matched to female Witches and the same goes for boys. The only way to tell if a dragon is a boy or girl is by its color. If it’s red or orange it’s a girl, green or blue and it’s a boy.

The farthest planet from Lux is ice, and it lies out on the very rim of the galaxy in the cold of space. The planet is not only frozen in place but in time as well. It has been this way as long as my people and I can remember. No one can investigate this strange phenomenon for only those born on ice can stand the freezing temperature.

Majesty’s King Michael and Queen Alice had been sensing a disturbance in the peace. They knew where it was coming from but that only made their fears worse. They were worried due to the facts that their spies had not returned from their mission on planet Hell. They were also concerned about the age of the Dictator Edan Ozain’s son Safarn Ozain. He was now 16 and of age to be eligible as their new dictator. This wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the son’s passion
