Née dans les Ardennes, Noémie H.R a grandi en dévorant livre après livre. Elle a ensuite déménagé en Meurthe-et-Moselle où en 2015, elle a commencé à coucher ses propres histoires sur le papier, faisant prendre vie à de nombreux personnages, souvent inspirés de son entourage. Ce n'est que quelques années plus tard, en 2018, qu'à été publié son premier roman. Noémie aime voyager d'univers en univers pour se perdre dans la fiction et trouver l'inspiration. Elle y arrive grâce aux séries télévisées qu'elle regarde, particulièrement friande de frissons et de comédies. En tant que grande festivalière, elle s'intéresse également beaucoup à la musique, qui trouve toujours sa place dans ses romans. Les jours où l'angoisse de la page blanche se fait sentir, elle fait de longues promenas avec ses deux chiens pour retrouver son souffle créatif.
