In this book, Momentous Reflection! despite coming from my Catholic Angle, I try to raise the attention of the importance to communicate with ourselves with our inner-self to the religious as well as to the lay, secular or non-believer- and by way, we communicate with the Almighty. Communication with the Almighty and communication with the self to the believer or to the religious it would be. Reflective communication is the way. Listening to the self is the mechanism. That would be the exercise of Momentous Reflection.

Every moment of every second, of every minute, of every hour, every day, every year being peaceful and happy in life is the aim and target. The plan, just a moment! at every moment.

It will tour through and apply both perspectives considered important, relevant to the person in engagement.
