About this ebook

The Book GIFTED is written from the heart of God, his message to his people, those who are called by his name.

God’s people are gifted people living amongst a lost and dying generation that is trapped because of their mindsets and generational sin. GIFTED is a message from God letting them know the wages of sin will lead to destruction, spiritual death and eternal damnation, spending eternity in hell, but through God’s Gift of Jesus Christ there is hope because in Jesus is Real Life and life eternally. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Faith in Jesus Christ will show you the way out of a life of sin and destruction. Hope in Jesus will open your understanding to the truth of God’s word. Receiving Jesus gives you life but it is genuine love for Jesus and obedience that leads to living Real Life and experiencing life more abundantly.

“Now these three remain Faith, Hope and Love. But the greatest of these is Love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13

    INTRODUCTION

As I was writing this book about God’s love and his precious gift of life to us, the world changed overnight. The coronavirus is spreading rampantly throughout the world. Hundreds of people are dying every day. Everything has been brought to a halt. Whole cities have been shut down. Schools, colleges, and businesses are closed. Hospitals are filled to maximum capacity, and people have been quarantined and told to stay in their homes and go out only to buy food and supplies or for medical care. How quickly the world as we knew it changed; it will never be the same. This is not the opening of a fiction novel; this is real, and it’s happening all over the world.

God loved this world so much that he gave his only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). This world that God created has quickly changed from how we knew it, but the truth is, even before the coronavirus, sin had already changed this world from how we knew it. People are abandoning God’s Word for sinful lifestyles. Right is becoming wrong, and wrong is becoming right. The Word of God and the godly principles children are being taught at home are being torn down in public sectors, and God’s name is being discredited. Many who receive secular honors and awards are giving God credit for their accomplishments and success, but they will one day stand before him and hear him say, I never knew you, depart from me ye that work iniquity (Matthew 7:23). The world is in a crisis. Disease, sickness, and death are spreading rapidly, people are looking for answers and hoping for a cure, but sadly many still see no need for a Savior.

God has already given the answers that we are seeking to find—and there is a cure for the problems and diseases in this world. The cure and healing this world need is far beyond doctors’ and scientists’ capabilities, and it is not in the hands of world leaders. The answers, the cures, and the healing this world need are in the hands of God.

When you accept Jesus Christ into your life and believe in him, abide in him, and allow God’s Word to abide in you, you can ask what you desire and it shall be done for you (John 15:7). In 2 Chronicles 7:14, we read, If my people who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins, and heal their land. When God’s people humble themselves and those who are believers in Jesus Christ pray, seek him, and turn from their sinful and evil ways, God will hear their cries, forgive their sins, restore their health, and heal this land.

Today is Sunday, March 22, 2020. Everything is changing so fast; churches are shut down, but some pastors are live-streaming services on the internet. Many people can’t work because everything is shut down. Some people are able to work from home via computers, and children and college students have to attend classes online at home via computers. People are dying not just from the coronavirus but also from other diseases; entire families have recently been killed in automobile accidents and house fires, and storms are raging throughout the land. It seems like a dream I keep thinking I’ll wake up from, but it’s not a dream, I’m awake. It’s real. It’s happening. Everything seems out of control, and I don’t know what today holds, but then I smile
