Wise folks don’t have to prove their wisdom by disrespecting others ands putting them down. Instead, they hold their tongues and let their lives speak what is good and honorable righteous, and true, in a world of sarcasm and in culture that is attracted to the person who can put down others with quick and razor-sharp “put downs”, we are called to being a blessing with our words (Eph. 4:29)

How Big is Your Spiritual Appetite with God

    1 PETER 2:2 KJV

You must maintain a spiritual hunger for God for the rest of your life. Here are five ways to keep a spiritual Appetite. Remind yourself how much God loves you. The more you understand how much God loves you. The more you’re going to love Him. Ephesians 3:18-19 kjv . May you have the power to understand how wide, how long, how high and how deep God’s love is. May you experience the love of Christ, through it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Stop filling up on junk food. You are a spiritual being with a God-shaped hole in your heart that only God can fill. When you try to fill it with salary, status, success, passion, possessions, power prestige or anything other than God, it’s not to be fulfilling. Proverbs 15:14 says A wise person is hungry for knowledge, whole the fool feeds on trash. To make knowing God your number one goal. Happiness is a byproduct of knowing God. Jesus says in Matthew 6:33, Seek first God’s Kingdom and what God wants. Then all your other needs will be met as well." Get into God’s word every day. The Bible is food for your soul. Eating a meal once a week won’t keep you healthy. In the same way, you need to feed on God’s Word every day. You need to feed on God’s word every day. You must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourish meat. 1 Peter 2:2 Appetite is influenced by association. If you hang out with people who only care about politics, that’s all you’re going to care about. If you hang out with people who only care about sports, that’s what you are going to care about.

Proverbs 2:20 (kjv) says join the company of God men a woman, and stay on the paths of the righteous.

    Be Smart Not Seductive

    Present yourself smart, not seductively.

    1 CORINTHIANS 10:26 (KJV)

A woman or man shouldn’t be blamed for their lust. No matter what he or she wears, Jesus said that the person, male or female, who lusts, should deal with their sin. He didn’t say that the person who draws the attention should behave differently.

Matthew 5:28-30 (kjv) David was responsible for his adultery, not Bethsheba for bathing on the roof. 2 Samuel 11:1-12:13. In some tribal cultures, men and women wear little clothing. And bathing suits and daisy dukes reveal much of the body. Id a man or woman can control themselves in these situation. Why should a man or woman be held responsible if their attire attracts the opposite sex. When we tell a woman to cover herself, so she doesn’t entice man, we can subtly send a message that she is responsible for his sin or anything that might go wrong or occur in any given situation. But she isn’t. There is another factor at play here, however. For the Christian, love is our ultimate value, not personal freedom. Matthew 22:39, 1 Corinthians 8:9-13, 10:23-33 (kjv), our calling to help each other grow in Christlikeness. Hebrews 10:24. So if we use our freedom to do or wear anything that causes someone else to stumble in their spiritual growth, we haven’t acted in love. In that case, none of us is free to dress as we want, but in a manner that takes others holiness into account. So dress smartly, creatively, beautifully. But don’t dress seductively.

    Do You Hear Me Now?

Speak Lord, Do You Hear Me Now?

    JOHN 6:48 (KJV)

Do you hear me now? Jesus state that I am the living bread that came from heaven. So Jesus said in John 6:48 (kjv). I am the bread of Life. Jesus had just fed 5,000 people with five loaves and two fish. They were all excited and thrilled over the great miracle that had occurred, but
