Michele Morris was raised in a suburb outside of Cincinnati. She has survived verbal, physical, and emotional abuse to become strong-willed enough to raise her three children. She has volunteered with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, as well as volunteering with the Amputee Coalition. She now focuses on being a certified life coach, certified time management coach, and motivational speaker.

FOREWORD
Michele is one of the strongest women I know. She has battled and been bruised but came out on top. She has not let life stop her. I am grateful to know Michele and to call her my friend. May the Lord shine on her now and always.
I was thinking about my life as a dentist in 2013. My life was great, and it was getting better. All of a sudden, it was ripped apart. I will spare you the details, but my life changed forever.
Fast-forward to 2016. One day I wanted to go cycling by myself. I had something on my mind, and a little bike ride usually helped me with a problem. But that wasn’t God’s plan. Instead, God said, You need some help,
and Michele Morris appeared out of the blue.
I didn’t know what I was getting into, but God knew. I was partnered with her for a ride. Let me tell you that she was a handful, but she changed my life. We got to talking, which wasn’t my usual thing during cycling. That day, we rode about seven or eight miles. It was the beginning of a bright future for me. Over the months and years, we talked about almost everything, even her finishing this book.
Michele is so focused and driven. She is a determined author and woman. I thank her for helping me be a more focused man. I loved the lifestyle management tools the best. It helped me gain a little more focus. She helped me make changes, and I hope you, the readers, are ready to make changes too. Are y’all Ready, SET, Go?
