Chapter One

It was a hot, sunny day as she was already running late for a meeting and very anxious about getting this account she needed so badly. Rushing so she had to stop outside the hotel door as she dropped her briefcase and to straighten herself and gather composure all the while running the thoughts of her speech repeatedly through her head. A truck pulled up and a country guy exited out saying, Do you need some help? as he picked up her briefcase and handed it to her. She looked up to thank him for his chivalry and her mind went blank. He looked at her and said, hello again. He then started throwing some trash in the bin beside her emptying his truck of what looked like fast food papers he must been eating on the road traveling somewhere, somewhere besides here, and suddenly she locked eyes with him.

It came rushing back to her. She had ran into this man over the years several times, several places. But where? Then he spoke again saying, Do you remember me, and as she tried to place where she said, Yes, how are you today? She hoped that sounded truthful because she so taken back by this gorgeous man standing so close before her and he had recognized her! Where? And when?

She couldn’t take her eyes off his as he was locked into hers. Suddenly a hot desire flashed over her body and she suddenly felt weak in her knees. Can he see this? Am I literally standing here blushing? A sudden sensation she had not felt in a long time came rushing over her. Desire. Desire for a man she didn’t know! How could this be possible? Composing herself and bidding farewell she needed to get to her meeting, but before entering the hotel she turned to watch him get into his pick-up truck and smiled as he drove away.

Few minutes later arriving at the meeting already in progress, she sat down gathering her computer and getting ready for the slide show presentation to give. Visions of him came back in her mind. Thinking of his smile, his voice, his body so close she could smell him…. She found herself wanting to feel him…..

Destiny, and what are your thoughts on this, interrupted by a voice standing directly in front of her. Her boss! Yes, he was absolutely a work driven, no holds barred kind of man and when he wanted something, it was always the ‘now factor’ for him! Jake Turner. While he was a good boss, he wasn’t exactly easy to read. Oh, yes it was all business, but sometimes she would look into his glass walls that he stayed surrounded by and see him standing, pacing back and forth on his phone all day long! She realized she knew nothing much about him. But then again, it was best.

Destiny, the voice came a little sterner this time. I have put together this presentation and think it will show perfectly clear why this merger should take place, Destiny stated as she had focused back onto the meeting at hand.

The day was long and it was late as she left the lobby of the hotel to head to her room for a hot bath and of course another night of room service. Yes, that is exactly what she needed, a hot soaking bubble bath.

As the elevator doors opened, there he was again. It was him! The country guy from this morning! She started to squirm and heat started to rise in her cheeks and between her legs, oh please don’t let this man see me blushing she thought!

Going up or down, he said as he stepped into the elevator. Where are the words, it’s simple silly girl speak, she thought to herself. He hit the 2nd floor button and she managed to get out, floor three for me please.

As they rode the elevator, she couldn’t help but look him over. Why nothing is wrong with that, everybody checks people out. All the time. Right? But not her, she had placed her whole being into this job, to be successful and accomplish her dream. But she secretly knew this was not here real dream…it was just living day to day. His face was so beautiful…can you think that way of a man she thought. His shoulders were broad and upright he stood so that she could see that underneath that shirt he had to have the perfect physique. Her eyes went lower to right below the belt and she could swear she saw a bulge in his pants. Wow! She thought am I just seeing what I want to see? Quickly she turns away.

Suddenly he turned to her and said, You have the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen. As he reached over her left shoulder and hit the stop button and the elevator stopped. What is he doing?

He took her bag slowly off her shoulder and placed it on the floor alongside her suitcase. He moved so close that she just knew he could see her heart beating in her chest. As he leaned closer he took his right hand and moved it ever so slowly up her right thigh, moving her short black skirt with it. Her body begin to tingle and she could feel the blood rushing throughout her veins. How long has it been since she has had a man to touch her this way? She couldn’t even remember! He moved closer to her pressing his manhood against her as he took his other hand and started moving it up her left thigh raising the skirt. His breath so close to her mouth, wanting and desiring for him to kiss her; yet he just stared into her eyes. No words spoken his right hand made its way down into her panties and she gave a small gasp. He paused and gave a small smile then continued to move his fingers until he found exactly what he was searching for. As he slowly entered her now wet, hot perfect spot, with his fingers, Destiny leaned back against the elevator wall and started to moan as she spread her legs so discretely apart. With her eyes closed, she could feel him watching her, she could feel him enjoying every moment of making her body move back and forth, wanting to release such desire, desire she had totally forgot how to have until now….

The bell rang as the door opened and she heard him say, Well this is my floor. She had been
