This was our Pandemic Project.
When the Pandemic hit in 2020 and schools closed, we did not know what to do. Then we came up with a project. We decided to write a book together using everyone’s unique abilities. We learned about science, nature, and writing. We also did a lot of art and learned some philosophy. All while trying to make the world a better place together. This book was our result.

Picture1.tifChapter 1: Wake Up Daddy!
DADDY WAKE UP! WAKE UP DADDY!
Wake up, Daddy!
Shouted Bryn, I want to go to Grandma’s House!
Yeah, yeah, Grandma’s House!
Alex and Maddoc said with excitement.
Daddy got up slowly, coughed, wiped his face, and went into the bathroom to get his medicine. Daddy approached the kids at the table, Daddy had a smile on his face today.
Okay, you little boogers!
Daddy joked, But first we need to eat breakfast. Go play outside and I’ll tell you when breakfast is ready.
Let’s play Superheroes! I’ll be the superhero and you two be the bad guys,
Maddoc told Alex and Bryn. Then they went into hiding and Maddoc chased them around the house trying to capture them.
Got you!
Maddoc screamed as he found Alex and Bryn.
Look Daddy!
Maddoc shouted, I caught the bad guys!
There are no bad guys,
Daddy explained, There are only people who did not receive love and they were never taught how to love. So, if we love them, they can learn how to love themselves and others, which makes them good.
No Daddy!
said Maddoc, I am the superhero and they are the bad guys!
"I only saw you yelling at them,
