For the purposes of this story, this writer on a great many of occasions had the endeavors & the privileges to work in the repo world area.

In order to be an effective repo agent, the following basic guidelines must be adhered to in its entirety.

1-The person or (repo/man or women) must be extremely vigilante as well as extremely Savoy about the fruits of the arts of being a successful (repo/man or women).

That means being & having extreme patience, having the perseverance, and the boldness & creativity to be successful.

2-The art of being a successful (repo/man or women), in order to be an extremely effective, one must possess the psychology & master the philosophy of the arts of being an effective (Repo/man or women).

3- Patience and opportunity are the keys to any successful outcome of repo-in anything whether it’s a car or truck, even a home or a building.

4-Always be ever mindful of your legal limitations & attempt to befriend & consult local law enforcement, expressly on all matters you do not fully understand or may know.

5-Always arm yourself with weapons, shock rods, baseball bats,(stun-guns) (no guns) (no firearms) as this tends to get you in a lot of trouble, as you are only doing (Repo), and according to the law, people have the right to be upset over what they think is their vehicle being possibly stolen or repossessed, and the(key word) is no laws are being broken, by you or them unless it escalates into a more dangerous situation, which by all legal laws of this country so stipulates, call local law enforcement, in all cases of potential hostile escalations.

For the purposes of this screenplay, this writer will attempt to map/chart the applied former status of this writer’s footsteps in the arts of successful (Repo) from his own personal perspectives in his own life.

Investigations on homeowner clients,

Accomplishments/Successfully repossessed homes & secured assets for banks & finance entities.

I would work and repo homes, sometimes four or five a day, two to three times a month. The work was dirty, sometimes cruel and at times varies saddening. I had to repo homes from women & kids, whole families, sometimes the very old. Many people with pets, plants, houses full of furniture, cars motorcycles, guns, to expensive jewelry, clothes, food, and all the items that people would ever have in their homes, I had to repo it. The work in itself was pretty straight forwards; to show up ascertain if the home occupier would talk & arrange a plan forward with banks or fanatical infinity. If no conclusion was conveyed in my presence, the repo would take place immediately. Repo means, all home occupiers are to leave at once, without exceptions & executed by the repo agent and backed up with the local sheriff’s office. Whatever the home occupier could carry with them is what they were allowed to take at the moment. The repo consisted of changing all locks on the doors, turning off all the power, water & electrical, apply antifreeze to toilets & drains and take three photos of each room. And four photos of the outside of the home. Sometimes if the home were managed on property by an HOA, one of the new keys would be turned over to the management on site. I repo ‘Ed may homes where no one was home, however may were occupied and drastic measures had to be taken to reposes the home. Sometimes when the home occupier was told to at once leave the home, they became very violent, attempt to call law enforcement and were surprised when the law arrived and was on my side. Many times the next door Neighbors would often call the police whenever they saw me peeping & nosing around the home occupiers’ backyards and three police cars with dogs would show up with guns drawn hammers cocked & ready to shoot me. In summary when they found out who I worked for, they would all leave. To stop any future misunderstandings with the local law enforcement, I would call the police or sheaf’s office and inform them that I was working in the area. I would tell them what car I was driving, give them my license plates number and give them the descriptions of my physical appearance. My phone call to local law enforcement took care of one problem; however I ran into many very hostile Neighbors, angry because they viewed me as an enemy. I repo ‘ed a home where all of the walls were covered with porno pages, naked blowup dolls nailed to the walls, naked store manikins tied to all the walls and a house full of porno DVDs. I repo ‘ed a home’s full of crazy rabid raccoons and possums, weasels, coyotes, beavers, baggers, homes full of black widow spiders, biting recluse spiders, wolf spiders, homes full of crazy biting dogs cats, lizards, piranha fish. Repo ‘ed, homes with very dangerous hidden booby traps designed to hurt and kill all who would ever enter. I repo ‘ed a home where a women had a home full of (Pit bulls). I didn’t know it when she allowed me to enter her home, but as I entered the home, I was surrounded with about six (pit-bull dogs), the women, seemed surprised at my demeanor because I seemed unafraid. When in told her who I was, she not surprised as she very calmly told me, she was not about to leave her home. I began taking photos, going from room to room & the women followed. When I looked out into the back yard, I noticed it was full of (pit-bull dogs), as the women was a door breeder. I stepped outside the home called the banks & the local law enforcement, telling them about a possible dangerous situation, and their instructions were for me to leave imeadtely. In summary, when I was driving away, I suddenly realized to myself, Everett you could have been killed, chewed up by all those (pit-bull dogs), and no one would ever know the difference. Home occupiers’ would do everything from attempting to bribe me with cash, sex, cars, motorcycles, gold & jewelry. They would give me promises of tomorrow’s payments. They or some would lie to the banks & attempt to deceive & appear to not be at their home; however I was legally authorized to enter any home, by breaking in and taking possession of any home, which was on my lists.

Now we start with car repo,

To repo cars & trucks is a lot more dangerous, as many people thinks of their cars & truck as their own personal possessions and would hurt, even attempt to kill to defend what they think is there’s. Many times, people would approach me with guns, rifles, swords, baseball bats & brooms. The outcomes were all the same, either I repo ‘ed the car or the cars were destroyed.

(D) Had several car lots on Broadway in Englewood Colorado. This writer would repo many cars for him throughout the years as a favor for a friend.

(D) Was a good friend as this writer has bought fifty cars & trucks, motorcycles from his dealer. I would Repo cars in New York, Florida, throughout the state of Colorado. I remember when I repo ‘ed a car from New York, I flew out by plane and arrived with greetings from a very pretty woman (flight attendant) who for some reason had possession of the car in questioned. The car was a Pontiac GTX 3.6 Liter with a supercharger on it. I drove out from New Jersey &New York City, at about three o’clock pm as I arrived in Denver Co, at ten o’clock am the next morning. This car was one of the fastest cars that I have ever driven. This car was so fast, it even scarred me. Everyone at the dealership, all just stared at me when I drove up with the car the next day. My friend (D), just smiled at me & said, man, you blow me away. Another repo ‘ed episodes, were a (BMW) two series 202Ei. The car was boxed in behind a pickup truck and a car. Somehow I took possession of the car as the home owner came out from his front door very angry shouting expletives at me. In summary, I drove the car back to my friend, until the next assignments when I repo ‘ed a car from Denver’s Southside. The man was sleeping in his SUV, as the window was only cracked about three inches down. As I approached the SUV, I noticed the keys in the ignition, and reached inside and grabbed the keys. The man woke up and grabbed my arm holding the keys to the car. Suddenly he exited the SUV and the man stood six foot five & weighed about two hundred & thirty lbs. fighting mad, I looked into his eyes & said, "I’m taking this car now! You can take your belongings but I’m taking this car now! The man just stood there looking back at me, not saying anything. Very calmly he said, Please, can you take me across town? My answer was no! Get you gear and get out now!" in summary when I arrived back at the dealer with the SUV, my friend and his employees couldn’t believe their eyes. They all said, "How? For my next assignments, was Jacksonville Florida. I picked up a sports car from this place, filled with gators & snakes. As I was attempting to drive back towards Denver, I was stopped by the police & sheriff four different times. Three of them told me they stopped me for just attempting to drive through their county & state. It seemed that some of the good old boys really didn’t like my sense of humor. When I didn’t cow down to their funny impressions of pretentious law enforcement entities & mannerisms, they didn’t know whether to shoot me or laugh with me. For my next assignments, I stared back at the car occupiers & just told them, I was taking the car!" without further discussions or anything else. Throughout the years, I repo ‘Ed many cars for my friend, as some situations were semi pleasant and many were hostile.
