Book #2, Isaiah Wants to Read, is about an African American boy who loves to read, struggled with dyslexia, and encourages others to find fun and excitement in gaining knowledge and experiencing new adventures while reading. He also becomes a child entrepreneur and believes as does Millie from The Little Girl Who Wants to Read that he can do all things.

Mykah Montgomery is the CEO of Mylaan Entertainment. She is an author, songwriter, producer, actress, filmmaker, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She currently resides in Oakland, CA.
