Over the years I have been living in different apartments. And I want to share with you what’s involved in apartment life. So that you don’t make the same mistakes that I made. Living in apartments cost money so you need to be careful about your decisions. I learned things the hard way and there was no one to give me advice. So, I am telling you the things that you will not hear from others. This book covers different topics that provide helpful information to help you make informed decisions. I enjoy the apartment life and these places can have all the conveniences needed right in the apartment complex. It is a community of neighbors that people live close together. And making friends while enjoying shared activities such as working out in the exercise room or hanging out in the club house. Also, it is nice to have the management there for you any time you when needed. So, I hope you enjoy this book and find it helpful.

INTRODUCTION

I want to start by saying thank you for your interest in this book. There is so much when it comes to apartment living. For most of my life I lived in apartments. And there are so, many pieces that come together when it comes to renting. From looking for that apartment that fits
