Harry Katzan, Jr. is a professor who has written more than 40 books in his discipline and more than 100 peer reviewed technical papers. He enjoys marathon running and has completed 94 marathons including Boston 13 times and New York City14 times. This is his second work of fiction and serves as a sequel to The Mysterious Case of the Royal Baby that is a book that supports a conspiracy theory. A conspiracy theory is fueled by a publicly exposed conclusion to some event that runs contrary to known facts. Often, a conspiracy theory is described by a short description that does not provide sufficient information for a reader to believe that the conspiracy could really happen. It is useful to provide an example of how it could happen and its eventual outcome. In this regard, Katzan introduces a new genre for fiction writing.

PROLOGUE
I n the last episode, Emma Williams, the nanny to Master Philip, son of the Duke and Duchess of Bordeaux, died in an unfortunate accident. She looked the wrong way while crossing a street and was hit by a London taxi. She was taken to the hospital and died a short time afterwards. The royal family was shocked and dismayed as Emma Williams liked her job and her associates liked her. The Duke and Duchess were particularly upset, because it changed the dynamics of their lives considerably. The Duchess, formerly the American actress Ashley Wilson, was not particularly adept at taking care of babies and running a household. The new parents had turned down staff that was ordinarily offered to newly minted parents. The immediate situation was beyond their belief in its complexity. The Duke, normally known as Prince Michael, was born and raised in the royal family. He was the grandson of the Queen and was educated in the British tradition. He enjoyed the fringe benefits of royalty and participated in the usual activities of shooting, horseback riding, polo, tennis, and golf.
Historically, before and after the marriage of the Duke and Duchess, Ashley was under scrutiny by the media, paparazzi, and royal family because of her attitude regarding royalty that was classed as the ‘American way.’ Afterwards, the newlyweds convinced the Queen that privacy was needed and were given a property named Malbec that was outside of the domain of the palace, and ostensibly this move added to the general distrust of the Duchess. During her pregnancy, the Duchess was exceedingly concerned with security and little was generally known about the forthcoming baby and its eventual care. After the baby was born, the extreme privacy continued and little was known of the Duke and Duchess of Bordeaux and their royal son named Philip George William Charles.
The story continues on the day of the fatal accident.

T he Duke and Duchess awakened to a beautiful Saturday in their palatial estate named Malbec, a royal property outside the gates of the palace. In anticipation of the birth of their baby, Malbec had been totally refurbished at an enormous cost to the royal family and the tax paying public. The royal couple, previously known as Prince Michael and American actress and celebrity Ashley Wilson, preferred a simple life outside of the constraints of a royal household. The Duke and Duchess employed few staff, except for a full-time nanny, several maids, and an extensive security detail.
Duchess Ashley was problematical to the monarchy and royal staff because of her penchant for detail and what the local establishment called the American way. She resisted many of the rules of the royalty. In fact, many of the older generation referred to the United States as their colonies and felt that she represented that position. Ashley made extensive lists to govern daily activities, usually starting at 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning. Most of the usual staff, such as assistants, secretaries, and housekeeping help had resigned as a result of the irritating lists. Ashley had also become addicted to online shopping and exceeded the amount normally budgeted for household items and in particular her personal wardrobe. Ashley was disliked by the news media, the paparazzi, or the tax paying public.
Prince Michael, on the other hand, was a true Brit who loved all sports and outdoor activities.
After gaining a master’s degree in Astrophysics from Oxford University, and serving in the Royal Army as a captain in the intelligence corps, Michael settled into being a perfect model of royalty. His favorite activities were shooting, horseback riding, polo, tennis, and golf and he enjoyed most matches either as a competitor and as a spectator.
The nanny was Emma Williams, an American nurse, educated in the excellent medical programs of the States, who had accepted the relatively high-paying position of royal nanny to care for the young royal, called Master Philip, whose full name was Philip George William Charles.
Ashley and Michael were scheduled to attend the tennis matches at Wimbledon on that day and were looking forward to them with great anticipation. Their personal security team was alerted to their royal agenda, as the safety of royalty was an important item constantly on almost everyone’s minds. After a leisurely breakfast the young couple rode in the royal Rolls Royce to the Centre Court. An American friend of Ashleys was scheduled to play in one of the preliminary matches in the afternoon. The Duke and Duchess were escorted immediately to the royal box. Other members of the royal family were already in their seats. The tennis match had just begun.
Prince Michael was immediately interrupted by his chief of security, "You must
