Raquel is a former Clinical Research professional with a background in Public Relations and Public Health. She is currently doing research in the areas of Public Policy and Higher Education Enrollment Management. She is married to Prentiss Ray Milton and they have a beautiful blended family of five adult children, two daughters and three sons; Maria, Ariel, Ron, Jamien and Brennen.
