Joe and I have been married thirty-two years. I have three children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, and I love them all.

I love to read His Word, attend Bible studies, leading, praying, sewing, knitting, gardening, and writing. As I look around where we live, I can see evidence of God in everything! My relationship with God and Jesus is a loving, intimate, and personal and part of my everyday life.

Walking with them in my spiritual journey is rewarding in many ways. I’m thankful I made the right choice to follow them. Out of obedience, I can do whatever they ask me to do. He has called me to be an intercessor as I stand in the gap. Seeing the results is awesome!

This is book two of his inspiring words. I’ve been receiving them since 1972; at eighty, I still do!

Jean Morroney

Jean Morroney lives in Sonora, California. She moved there in 1987 from Chatsworth, California; where she was active in Women’s Ministries at St. John Eudes and in Women’s Aglow for many years, sharing her faith and love for the Lord. Jean has been walking with the Lord since she was 10 years old and is always learning something new about Him all the time. She enjoys His sense of humor and how He especially cares for all of His children Through her spiritual journey in Women’s Aglow she became more aware of how the Holy Spirit works in the lives of believers. Learning that the importance of discernment is a vital key in one’s spiritual life. Aglow, as she says “is a great place for women to fellowship, and share their love for the Lord, and strengthen their faith.” Since coming to Sonora and joining Women’s Aglow, she has served on the local board here, as well as in Chatsworth. Through all her ministry she has become a true prayer warrior for the Lord. At Sierra Bible Church she continues to share in her ministry to women through Bible Studies and Prayer meeting’s in her home. Jean has facilitated many of Beth Moore Bible Studies and a few years ago wrote a devotional study called “Treasures of the Heart.” At present she is working on the completion of her spiritual writing’s of the Lord. Jean and Joe have been married 25 years and enjoy living in the foothill area, with all of their calves, Pigmy goats, chickens, dogs and 1 cat. She has truly learned how to be a small rancher’s wife. Big change from the city way of life. She is a faithful prayer partner, soul sister and a confident to many of us here in Sonora. I am pleased to introduce you to our good friend.

As I was praying about whom I would like to dedicate my book too; our sweet Lord said, ‘to dedicate it to you the reader.’ Dear reader, please enjoy the journey inside!

So this book dear reader is dedicated to you, with His love.

YOUR WORD IS A LAMP TO MY FEET….AND A LIGHT FOR MY PATH!

PSALM 119:105 NIV! This is the scripture the Lord gave me for this book because the messages in this book can inspire your walk with Him.

Often times like you I to have sought some kind of word for hope or guidance looking for something tangible to hang on too in my day. The Bible holds so many scriptures for us to live our lives by and it also holds words of encouragement and guidance. Jesus can give us an inspirational message like no other one can, just for us and just for that particular need or desire. Your heart will be touched many times by His loving concern as you read how attentive He is to your needs, concerns, hurts no one knows of….along with the hopes we hold on to so dearly! O my dear friend if only we truly understood how awesome our Lord is and the power within His Name! We would say Jesus with more love from our hearts.

Jesus knows our hearts so well, whether we are hurting, concerned, times of joy, maybe a word of discipline, encouragement or just His special touch of love! As you read what He shares from His heart to you, you will gain such insight and that unmistakable peace that only…He…can…give. It has happened to me and that is why it is my pleasure to share these inspirations with you.

As you hold this book in your hands I pray that you are blessed as you read all Jesus has to say in one timely moment! I have left you room to write your own response to His message to let Him know how He touched your heart.

My prayer is that you will say your name or even the name of someone you are praying for to make them written personally to you. For they are a light for your path and a lamp for your feet! Pure expressions of the precious love GOD and JESUS have for you.

May you have a blessed day with Jesus today!!!

INTRODUCTION

What a perfectly beautiful way to live a life, by having a personal and intimate walk with Jesus day to day. When I wake up I always say ‘Good Morning to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and the heavenly hosts.’ I never let a day go by without telling Him how thankful I am for who He is and for all He has done for me and my family.

To be able to share His inspirations with you is a blessing. As you read through them you can have many options before you. One is to just pray and open and read the page you see. Another one is to look for a title that speaks of the concern that is on your mind. One more, you can read it as a devotional, as some have told me they have read it that way. For me I just open it to where my fingers go and I always see the answer to what is on my mind at that time. He is such a caring and concerned Father. Follow your heart and He will guide you.

As you read through these pages you may even see a bit of yourself as you read these letters of love and hope. Occasionally one of His letters about discipline sure has helped my journey go smoother. You will also see the great sense of humor He has and how much fun it is to be one of His believer’s.

I pray that these inspirations give you what you are searching for in your day with some encouragement; most of all hope for the day, the precious feeling of having someone tell you of their care and love you. Whatever your need may be He is here, just for you, for who you are, as you are His Precious Child!

As I have stated before the amazing peace that fills you as you read something so timely for your day, you are in awe of God! Touching your heart so perfectly with each word, you begin to see how attentive He is to your concerns. From a heart break, or maybe a hurt no one else knows of, a hope or the dreams you have for your loved ones. He so truly loves you just for who you are, where you are and how you are.

Today is a brand new day to give thanks for your life. So begin by giving thanks to God for everything you have, for who you are and for the love He gives you each day!

Take the time, to pray, and to rejoice in the Lord!

DEAR LOVED ONE

My Dear Loved One,

One day you will kneel before Me and know that I am Lord! I have made you all that you are today. Without Me you are as dust. There is no life until I grant it and with life, My gift of grace! You will praise My Name and lead My sheep to Me. I am the Shepherd! My flock will gather before Me on the day of Pentecost.

Fear Me not, for all I say is to be. Know that I am God, the Father in Heaven, The Holy Spirit, and the Blessed Trinity in union with you, that you complete My will on earth.

I have spoken! Psalm 34

(Yes Lord, I do kneel and I know you are Lord. My will is to follow your will. Lead me on).

DETERMINATION TO CARRY OUT MY WILL

All I ask is for an obedient disciple no matter what the undertaking, for the determination to carry out my will. My will should always be fulfilled.

There is much I could do once My will is carried out. Once the knock is made and the door is opened…then can I continue on! To resist this is to dampen blessings for all concerned. Keep the door opened. Out of love do I know what is best for My Children!

The way is always prepared!

The path has been cleared that you might journey on!

TO CHERISH YOU

Be still and know that I am God. I am in your midst as we speak. I desire to love you and to cherish you. To be able to bless you abundantly and have you know it is I who has done this.

Take hold of My hand and walk with Me awhile. Trust Me in your future, for life in Me is a joy to behold! Remain in My word and learn all you can about My ways and Who I Am!

Write my promises on your heart so they are not forgotten. Share them with your loved ones.

For it is time for all to Seek Me and Find Me, I am ever near.

Let me love you as I never loved you before and show you all you need to know. To make you the Child, Friend I can depend on in the future to do My works.

For I AM THE ALPHA, THE OMEGA….I AM all you need! Draw close and remain in Me!

INTERCEDING

My Children, My Friends,

I desire to show you a new dimension of prayer. I desire to bring you to the place of interceding….and to have….the understanding….THAT IN THE NAME OF JESUS….

IT IS DONE!

As you continue in prayer, giving thanks unto Me. You need to know of the power in the presence of two or more who are gathered in My Name! It Is For Real!

• Prayer is…. the dynamic force I use in the Spiritual Arena!

• Prayer is….the weapon of might against the foe!

• Prayer is….the tool used to soften a heart towards Me!

• Prayer is….the effective way for My Purpose to be done!

• For without prayer….how can one seek My Will?

• For without prayer….how can one know the way is sure?

• For without….prayer….you know not Me!

With prayer….you obtain My assurance that it will be answered.

With prayer….that My steadfast love is working together for the good of My people!

THE DESIRE OF YOUR HEART

My Child,

Continue to trust in the LORD and do good always, do your best where you are. Dwell and live happily in the land He has given you. Enjoy the safe and ever green pasture. It is pleasant to the eyes and to the soul. Delight yourself in the LORD, for I am right before you. Tell Me how you delight in Me, let Me know you are so pleased with who I am. And I will give you the desire of your heart!

Do you know the desire in your heart? Yes I do!

To know He is here, this moment, erasing all doubt! Maybe sharing a drink of water and talking awhile.

To see my spouse have a personal relationship with Jesus, that he would know how loved he is by God and me!

To have peace and acceptance of one another….within all my family members is my prayer.

To make the right choices for the book you are having me do, for Your glory.

To be more like Jesus and to make a positive influence in people’s lives and even in my own life.

To stay closer than close to You Lord while keeping a teachable heart and spirit about me.

To live a praying life as You did here on earth.

Mainly just to be a useful spirit-filled woman who lives to walk with You.

In appreciation of who You are….these are some of the desires of my heart.

(One day when I was in church I heard the Lord say, Lost interest, Unsure, What is the issue? Lord forgive me, but lately I have lost interest in finishing
