These are words

Sent from Heaven.

You are my Holy Father on Earth.

Forgive me for assigning you the burden.

The one I never had

Tho’ he shall remain blameless.

Sent in His name

To heal the sick,

To mend the lame,

The lame of heart,

Filled with shame.

You are my Holy Father on Earth—

Font of joy,

Font of peace,

My personal Wanaka—

Font of wisdom.

Giver of love.

You are my Holy Father on Earth—

Saving the day,

Showing the way.

You are my Holy Father on Earth—

Until we’re fixed in the Netherworld of Eternal Grace

That seers and mystics cannot place

Nor time and space can ne’er erase,

You are my Holy Father on Earth.

The Sun

I went to the lakeshore and saw

A vision more vivid than ever before.

A line of fire matching my desire

Divided the waters from border to border

And ascended high through crimson sky

To its source: The Sun.

Perched on a rock I pondered

To far away places thoughts wandered.

My heart was unfolding.

My mind was exploding.

My being grew peaceful and calm.

I want to walk into the Sun with you

And be with you forever.

Away from this world

And never to suffer a need or sorrow again.

For my heart is yours

And always shall be

Given from the depths

Of the soul I free.
