Dr. Alanzo White has graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Information Systems and Technology. He has a Masters in Information Systems (MIS) from University of Phoenix and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors in Computer Science from DeVry University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean six sigma greenbelt.
Doc1-1.jpgDr. White is a Lead Modeling & Reporting and Manager Document Control and IT at Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG). He also served as an online adjunct professor for four years at the University of Phoenix School and currently teaches at Kelly school of Management and DeVry University.
Dr. White’s dissertation research is a qualitative grounded theory study of Technology Intelligence Quotient (TIQ). It focused on improving awareness of technology intelligence domains theory and leveraging technology use by applying Adoption Theory to create advantageous technology solutions for business and personal use. Dr. White enjoys traveling, dining out and trying new dishes, and loves spending time with his family and friends in New York City.
Dr. White has 20+ years of experience managing data, analyzing data, conceptualizing and directing the development of advanced technology solutions, solid foundation in leadership. Who is customer focus and has strong subject matter expert in technology, project management, process improvement, modeling, and business application innovation.

Technology Intelligence Quotient
There are many different types of business leaders and they have achieved success in their own way. An important part of being a leader is understanding not just the current market but also where the market is heading. Some of the best business leaders we have had were so successful purely because of the foresight which they had. Henry Ford is a great example. He was successful because of two huge factors; one is his assembly line, and the other was his wages. He realized that as long as only rich people had the money to buy cars his company would stay small. He raised wages of his employees so there would be more people who could afford cars. Once the middle class started getting better wages in a few years they became the main consumers of cars.
Another great example is Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was not a very good leader when it comes to managing people. There are many stories about how he was too demanding or a bit rude to his employees. Yet, people adore his leadership because of his vision. His biggest skill was his ability to understand what people wanted. He knew that people wanted an easy way to manage music and it resulted in the iPod. He knew people wanted phones that
