Spider
This book is dedicated to all the people out there who hate spiders being anywhere near them and who can’t stand the thought of them crawling on them. They know nothing of the types of spiders or what their bite might do to them, and therefore, they think all are deadly!
Not all spiders are deadly, but when you believe they are descendants of the spider family and you meet people as described in this book, they are the most dangerous in the world. They can inhabit any neighborhood—hopefully not yours. But then again, who knows?

Do you know how many people have notepads on their desks? From the one on the cover, which I drew by hand, to what I would imagine is thousands! For your eyes only,
From the desk of,
Greetings,
Please respond,
and so on. Someone, in their twisted mind, decides to steal one or two that’s approximately two hundred notes! If they need more, just stop in any office and steal two more. Nobody cares in the office because they’re free, supplied by their printer of choice!

Spiders are carnivorous. Depending on the size of the spider, it will eat small vertebrates, like mice and small birds. The spider seems to be three to four hundred million years old. They are found everywhere except the North or South Pole. Where do you live? The spider says to the fly, Step into my web. We’ll talk.
CHAPTER ONE
Eric Walton seemed to be as normal as any other kid growing up. He had many friends and did well all the way through high school. When he graduated, he was accepted at several colleges.
Without anyone knowing, he had become fixated on spiders. He would go places to watch them for hours. His friends seemed to drift away at that time because he never seemed to want to join in on any of their parties or just spend any time with them.
On one of his visits to an old barn, he tried to make contact with one of the larger spiders that he noticed had a large web far in the corner of the barn. He pulled a barrel over and sat very close to the large web. He had no idea where the spider was. He thought it would be clever not to make an appearance unless necessary. He thought to himself, Who has more patience, me or the spider? He wondered if the spider even knew he was there. There’s one way to find out, he thought. He wanted to touch the web and see what would happen. He was especially curious to know where the spider came from. He was excited!
He looked closely and noticed the web was much heavier than most of the others in the barn. His heart was beating faster and faster. He wanted to meet this spider and maybe make friends. If he showed he had no reason to harm the spider, maybe it would relax and make contact with him. Eric had obviously slipped by the area of reasonability. His obsession had finally taken him over. He wanted to become like a spider, and he would not stop until he achieved his goal. After all, in his studies of spiders, they had been around a million years before man.
Now was the ultimate test of his bonding with the spider species. All he had to do was reach out and touch the center of the web; the rest after that was yet to be seen.
Very slowly, Eric extended his finger closer and closer to the center of the web. His heart was starting to beat faster, and his eyes kept looking all around to see where the spider was hiding. He touched the web gently, and instantly, the spider was less than an inch away. Eric did not move. The spider was fairly large and fuzzy. Eric held a jar in his other hand, planning
