Have you ever had an encounter with these Black Eyed Children? They are said to be beings who will randomly appear and approach your home, knock and demand to be let in. They will use any excuse from wanting you use your phone, bathroom and or claim to be hungry and/or thirsty. They are also known to approach people who are in their car at a parking lot. These beings are very persistent and immediately evoke an intense emotion of fear. People who have had the misfortune of encountering them concluded they are a bad omen.
