I salute all MOTHERS of the world in their different cultural areas of abode. I pay great salute to every mother around the world for their hard work, sacrifices, persistence and aims at bringing their children to a world of peace and bounty.

This book is for many hardworking mothers all over the world to look back and be happy about great achievements they have made over their children if actually the children made it as expected in their different communities and for the world economy, growth, and peace.

This book is for less-hardworking mothers and in-effective or non-knowledgeable mothers and fathers all over the world to improve their trainings and goal achievements on their children for a better world of money, growth and peace.

This book is for many leaders all over the world including mothers and fathers in their private homes to improve on their deficiencies and in-adequacies of qualities desirable of a good leader at home and everywhere to produce what the world needs.

This book is for many children of every culture all over the world to know what is expected of them at any given time for the growth in their living habitat and what they can contribute to the world economy, peace and co-existence.

Education is not enough; discipline and uprightness will produce the dream of the world.

This book is for the Guardians, Parents, Children and Warlords to ignore religious fanatism and extremism and produce useful children and adults for a congenial and peaceful world devoid of religious intolerance and violence.

This is not a book for fun nor a novel. This is a motivational book; it is an historical book of an Angelic-being who has done all these aforementioned descriptions before in the first land of world evolution, in the continent of Africa, in the 20th century, in Lagos, Nigeria.

Irrespective of her nationality, irrespective of her nativity, beginnings, color or birth- right, a mother is a mother. Nevertheless, there are ‘Other Mothers’ around the world that are not known for their melodramatic performances in our living world. I am forever thankful to have been blessed with one of those whose mannerism, attitudes; qualities, actions, trainings, pronunciations, patience, steadfastness and unconditional love inspired the creation of this patented book- A COMPLETE MOTHER.

Every part of this book must be read.

"… It is a wretched taste to be gratified with mediocrity when the excellence lies before us’

    Isaac D’ Israeli, 1834.

The rigors of warfare would blow us away unless our minds and bodies were tough enough to withstand the demands made upon us….

Soaring never just happens. It is the result of strong mental efforts—thinking clearly, courageously, confidently. No one ever ooze his way out of mediocrity like a lazy slug. Everyone I know who models a high level of excellent has won the battle of the mind and taken the right thoughts captive. The risks notwithstanding, these individuals have chosen to fill the role of an active pen flowing with ink rather than a passive blotter that only sits and soaks up what others do; they’ve decided to get personally involved with life rather than sit back, frown, and watch life dwindle to a trickle and ultimate stagnate.

Those who aim high are strong-willed eagle types who refuse to be bothered by the negativism and skepticism of the majority.

The secret of living a life of excellence is merely a matter of thinking thoughts of excellence. Really it is a matter of programming our minds with the kinds of information that will set us free.

‘It is easier to train great children than to repair broken men’

    Frederic Douglass.

‘I will prepare and someday my chance will come,’

    Abraham Lincoln.

    Foreword

When you see the Kings and Queens, you will see beauty of royalty in them. You will see the look of greatness in them. You will see the word ‘Freedom’ in their entire lives. They move from one place to the other at their own pace. Nobody queries a King, a Queen and their entire royal family in their own country or domain. When you see crown Princes and Princesses, you will know it is good to be born to royal palace. When it is all over with them in terms of money, the prestige of greatness, position, royalty and majesty attached to their names will always see them through and always saves them. They can never be downtrodden in any society. Yoruba tribe from Africa continent calls it ‘Dansaki’ of the Royals.

When you see a President and his family all over the world, you will see the clarity of distinction. They are guarded and provided for by security apparatus. They are the first family of that country. They are known and recognized first before anybody in that country. Everybody looks to hear from them time to time. They are very important because of their position of authority over the country. They are different from a King and a Queen. A King or Queen owns his country or domain. A President only rules the country for a period of time.

When you see the very rich and their children all over the world, you will see affluence, glamour, prestige, honor for riches and importance. They have money. They play with money. They spend money anytime and anywhere. They wear what others cannot wear. They shop where others cannot shop. They live in exotic mansions. They have many things of the world where others may not have. They live ‘big’, ‘huge’ and ‘tall’ lives. They are known in their immediate domains or in the world and sometimes they are famous based on their wishes.

When you see the family of less-privilege or struggling family, they are calm, worrisome about their daily living, they are expectant and most-times they are prayerful. They will move on in their daily pursuit of their dreams to be great.

Nevertheless, commitment, determination, articulation of cogent and prosperous determination in mind to be great can change situations. This is part of what you are about to read in this book.

Most times, when time and disposition is not of essence, the children of the Kings, the Queens, the Presidents of nations, the children of the Very rich, are trained by Special trainers employed for such services for the continuation of status and positions in life. The trend must not be broken. The royal, majestic, and presidential families must continue to live above-board. Leadership-by example.

I recommend in addition to other trainings for these classes of people to lay hands on this book. They need to see the two parts of the world clearly.

They need to also know how less privileged raises their children to fame… Combined- integrated- knowledge is the definition of this moment.

    Dedication

I dedicate this book of life’s lessons and historical knowledge and achievements to my two little American- born children: A. A. Taiwo and A.O. Taiwo for constantly inspiring me when I was at a loss for words; for constantly reminding me to finish writing this book whenever I got tired and left it for a while.

To the many grandchildren of Mrs. Olaide Aduke Taiwo – in Nigeria, the Great Britain and in the United States of America.

To those who have once passed through my mother’s training, guidance, protection, instructions, advices, directives and feeding of many years who themselves have become useful adult members of the society.

To the many children and babies, once under my mother’s web of experience and training, who have become wonderful adults and handed down what they have learned to their own children.

To my mother’s sons and daughters-in-law who can attest to the blissfulness and blessings derived from marrying her children.

Dedication to many people whom I cannot mention in this book who has told my mother’s good story to me, I say thank you.

Dedication to many associates and families of spouses of mother’s children, friends of the big family tree of mother, Mrs. Olaide Aduke Taiwo all over the world from Nigeria home to Great Britain home, to United States of America home, the very home hosting her name in Washington DC at the Library of Congress.

    Acknowledgement

Abraham Lincoln of the United States said; ‘All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother.’

I, Kehinde (Kenny) Taiwo American Author of this book, I am also saying that all that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my own Angel mother; Mrs. Olaide Aduke Taiwo.

It is hard to believe that it has passed 15 years since the conception of this idea of writing a book about my mother. Even though, the ‘pieces’ were readily available for putting together immortalization for a golden mother, but time had be an hindrance for me for many years. I have had to face and achieve my primary goal in the United States first as my father would have instructed and as my dear mother would have accepted.

Few years back, after all battles for survival and goal achievements in the United States has been achieved and recorded. I finally went into retrospect finding and digging out mother’s strange method of surviving life with six biological children, three boys and three girls and many other children alike whom she needed to buoy up as her children along with her six biological children.

First of all, appreciation goes to God Almighty to have enabled me write about my mother finally in view of all odds against my time and difficulties of life I faced in the United States of America while transitioning.

Secondly, I like to thank the spirits of my mother and father wherever those spirit lies for creating in their attitudes, trainings, mannerism and achievements while on earth many things to remember and emulate and lots to write about. May their souls rest in peace.

There could be many more good stories about my mother that I may not have put into this writing and of which I would not have known because of age differential of mum and dad to the children. In addition, many people who could have told other good stories of mum had also passed onto glory even before this writing started: May their many souls rest in peace.

However, there isn’t anything that my brothers and sisters knows that is not written in this book according to what we saw by ourselves and what we heard mother’s cousins, sisters, brothers, stepmother, father and other associates said to us about her.

As a Business Administrator and Computer Engineer on many platforms, I should have written about Computing but this story is more important to everybody and will benefit more people than writing on only one aspect of a subject or topic when a dutiful mother and father has made it broader than one-curse-syllabus.

‘It is easier to train great children than to repair broken men’ Frederic Douglass.

‘I will prepare and someday my chance will come,’ Abraham Lincoln.

I came to that country in the wee hours sometime in 1996 and discovered that the country was immensely blessed beyond comprehension compared to what we heard and where I came from. She is so blessed with human resources, knowledge, wisdom and wherewithal that no nation even as at now can raise itself above a prosperous first-world-class country of the universe, called United States of America.

As a matter of truth, when my plane was hovering in the air in Washington DC., about to land, I was in awe at the fascinating beauty that was below me. A sight that was far beyond comparison. My thoughts had quickly jumped from one image to another, while my brain flashed vivid pictures of the place that should be familiar. The bright reflective jacket worn by the ground staff snapped me out of my deep thoughts. It seemed surreal, but at the back of my mind, I knew what it was. It was the same type wore where I was coming from as a Para-Military Officer. It was there, and then that I made up my mind that- I would become a part of this country, irrespective of what I would go through. This is my destiny.

Everything about America fascinated me. It had seemed to embrace me being my second home and it felt good in me and a fulfilled destiny. However, I had to start life all over again, somewhere just like when I was 19 to do the best I can to learn what I needed to know to fulfill the aspiration burning in me for a fulfilled destiny.

Yet, amidst its beauty and abundance, I soon realized that the youths and some adults within do not make it perfect the way it should be.

It was a blinding sight to see too many young people being involved in crimes and slowly becoming a menace to society. Nevertheless, I do not have the right to blame anyone. I could only think of how I can contribute to help realize they can still have a change. It only takes courage and willingness to pick up the pieces of the fragile dream. Too many people are in the jail. Too many youths are smoking weeds and sniffing drugs which in-adversely affected their horizon to achieve success in a blessed country such as America. Too many people especially the youth are carrying weapons and guns at the detriments of their own people. Few people are killing larger numbers for no reason and denting image and destroying future of a great country to produce the right people.

After I have gone out of my mother’s apron string, I have seen too many mothers who fell short of much-needed virtues expected of them and eventually failed in their responsibility to teach their children to become useful members of the society. Many of them just simply misunderstood the essence of motherhood, but then again, no one is to blame. We have long been trapped in the quagmire of guilty pleasures.

This prompted me more and more to educate mothers on the role of being a good and complete mother, taking a clue from Mrs. Olaide Aduke Taiwo.

Too many times, I have seen both on the TV and in the physical, heard many children and adults hurling abusive curses and blaming their parents for not raising them well, or if they ever did try at all, it was just not enough to see them through the vicissitudes of life. They even blame their parents for causing their own anguish.

Research on families has found that in general, children have a better social, psychological and academic adjustment when both parents remain part of their lives. ‘What and why one became a single parent also makes a big difference’. Although, ‘some parents became single parents through some emotional, traumatic events: - separation or divorce, abandonment, or the death of a partner’.

Joint custody can have a significant positive ramification for the children, if the parents can work together.

Many people, many mothers, many fathers, many parents develop un-usual anger due to the situations at hand and does not do what is paramount in them to do for their offspring: When they should know that anger can destroy, In-actions can cause catastrophic negligence, Over reactions, can cause provocation, provocation itself can cause destructions.

Cheating can cause annoyance, annoyance can cause over-reactions, over-reactions can cause destructions, destructions can be catastrophic and destructions can be any type. These are the vices we witness usually in our living lives here in America and around the world.

Nonetheless, irrespective of where and how the children find themselves, they must survive all these obstacles and achieve success for themselves, their own children, families and their societies. Thus the rationale behind this book.

President of the United States, President Obama wrote to me as a DNC member No 368010716604 on Sunday November 8, 2015 thus:

(Kehinde, we have not gone more than eight days without a mass shooting in this country this year. That means that each week, more families are grieving, more communities are being pieced back together. As a nation, we’re holding everyone affected by these heartbreaking events in our prayers.

But our thoughts and prayers simply are not enough. We have had more than 300 mass shootings in the United States so far in 2015 -- because of which, nearly 400 Americans have been killed, and more than 1,000 have been injured. These numbers are horrific. But it’s important that we talk about them. We can’t sweep this problem under the rug, or allow ourselves to become numb to it, or accept that there’s nothing we can do because stuff happens.

Let me be clear about this, Kehinde: Unless we do something -- change our politics and change our laws -- these painful tragedies will continue. And we will have allowed them to continue.

I don’t want this to be our reality, and I know the majority of Americans feel the same. Despite what some might claim, this is not about the Second Amendment but about the will of the American people who overwhelmingly want to see commonsense reform measures.

But I cannot change this by myself. I need members of Congress, state legislatures, and governors who will work with me -- who will stand up and say that this reality is unacceptable. That we don’t have to see innocent lives cut short, time after time, and stand idly by. And I need people like you to stand up and say that enough is enough")

Perhaps, second reason and more cogent reason why this book was written is that no human being would have ever done what my mother did in our world without due recognition or being remembered or honored accordingly. I believe she deserves everything.

All her efforts and sacrifices over years will just go to waste if nobody would put it together for others to emulate and share her exceptional ideas of training and raising children for success other than destruction.

Nobody knew my mother since she was not a politician or academician, but in actuality, she was a fountain of knowledge and an advocate of good leadership for humanity. An epitome of gentility. Many should take cue from her so that the world we live in will become a much more productive and peaceful place.

Many children in their prime will be prepared for a good future as she did her own children to compete globally in their different fields of study or profession while contributing to the world economy, peace and growth.

This is a good book to read for everyone in the family. Mothers, fathers, prospecting spouses, husbands and wives, expectant mothers, children who have already learned to read. It is also recommended for people who need guidance and useful tips in raising their children. The book is good for a whole family; it is good for community growth and societal development.

Find some time to read every page of this book and you will surely find it useful. It is a mixture of English and African training perspectives.
