One little girl is sad and grieves for her father who has died and lives in heaven; a caring adult comforts her. The girl believes heaven is a scary place, but the grownup assures her it's a loving and beautiful haven, filled with one's favorite things.
A rhyming picture book for children, Wings of Love touches on a child's grief and the loss of a loved one. It shares compassion and offers a version of God and what heaven look like.

Staci J. Allen, currently the Director of Caring Ministries at a local church, has more than fifteen years of experience teaching and working with preschoolers. Staci and her husband, Rick, live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and enjoy spending time with their adult children and grandchildren.
