About this ebook
1. opening political consciousness and encouraging common people to take political power into their own hands to become political-power wielders, to exercise the principle of equality, which is the essence of democracy;
2. complementing freedom of speech with freedom to be heard, equal treatment, and freedom of information;
3. opening free government political media to all citizens to criticize, suggest, and campaign; having free speech forum for private sectors; and
4) producing all authorities by periodic democratic elections; making all important decisions by the majority of three independent-power branches: legislative, judiciary, executive.
B. Learning Lessons from Nature
Educated people all believe in nature science. Modern physics proves that our world is wave-particle dualistic. Complement opposites rather than antagonize them is the sustainable solution since opposites are complementary. World peace, in fact, is only a matter of change of concepts.
C. Making the Human Dream Come True
Life is limited, and possession is not portable. Possession not in use is a waste. Well-coordinated, systematic approach of targeted philanthropy will enable people to be free from struggles for making a living, to choose the jobs they love most, and to make their greatest contribution to humanity, education, research, and creation will flourish. Human beings will enjoy happiness than ever before.
The world is not enough. Human beings will choose the best star to live in the universe.

Preface
A Bleeding World
The common by-product of the world financial crisis, the Arab Spring, and the Occupy Wall Street movement is blood. There are political unrests in Egypt, Iran, and Turkey, especially the bloody civil war in Syria.
The Meaning of Freedom and Democracy
In 1999, I published a health book titled Dynamic Chikung (American Literary Press, Inc.). Assuming people might be more interested in health books, I included A Project to Complete Democracy in the USA
in that book to arouse urgent attention to the issue, suggesting all sectors, no matter public or private, should establish their authorities by periodic democratic elections to eliminate institutionalized bureaucracy
that seemed to be everywhere. I got no response.
Later, I sent letters to a number of billionaire celebrities who seemed to be interested in politics, suggesting they run for presidency in the hope that they could keep political independency by paying for their political campaigns by themselves. Again, I got no response.
Letter to President Clinton
In 2000, Al Gore—former US vice president—won the popular vote, but former governor of Texas George W. Bush won the presidency by winning the electorate vote. In January 2000, I wrote a letter to President Bill Clinton to express my concerns about democracy in the United States.
1) Based on the fact that a president was selected by a 5–4 majority of the Supreme Court justices appointed by elected presidents, a nation’s disputable votes were invalidated and even banned from further clarification. Is it democratic?
2) The American people are not allowed to vote for the president directly. They are only allowed to vote for the Electoral College electors who vote for the president. Is it democratic?
3) Is our government of the people, by the people, and for the people? Not exactly.
4) How do we reform, then? I suggested one word: democratization.
