About this ebook

The Fourth International theory is a book that attempts to put into place a framework of how to implement Direct Democracy as envisioned by the Ancient Greeks and many other political theorists and thinkers. This is an attempt to find a British way of implementing the will of the people more effectively. For too long politics has been top down from Tyranny to Dictatorship ti Authoritarian rule to Liberal Democracies, Autocracies and Monarchies and so on and so forth...

This is an attempt to bring the World a bottom up form of politics and political theory. We do not pretend that this is a perfect system it is far from it, however, it is an improvement on our current system of top down Authoritarian Dictatorship, some might argue is an actual Dictatorship and fairly so.

This book could not have been compiled without the suffrage of many millions of people Worldwide and without the tried and tested methods of other ways of politics, namely the first three ways of politics. It could also, of not been possible without the works of Hugo Chavez Frias, the Jamahriyia and Green Book of Muammer al Gaddafi and Gamal Abdel Nasser Egyptian President from 1953-1970. Although this does not mean that we endorse all that these men may or may not have been aledgly involved with or not. I hope that this is the guide for the Revolution that ends all Revolutions.

    INTRODUCTION

In this book I will discuss the challenges that lay ahead for the nation-states in the World today; and why Parliamentary Representative Democracy is not only inherently Corrupt but it is also, not fit for purpose and has failed its own mission statement to represent the electorate (the voters). I will further elaborate the Fourth Way position and how it is the solution to the problems democracy is facing. This book is about the very nature of the power structure of the Global, National and Local politics and what alternatives there is to the Neo Liberal economics and Liberal Parliamentary Representative Democracy. In the first volume of the Patriotic Socialist manifesto, People’s Agenda—A Social Alternative, I discussed the notion of the Authoritarian Democrat, for those who have not read the first volume I will repeat my words from this book. But first, I need to discuss the democratic crises going on in the United Kingdom today being both a Monarchy and a Parliamentary Representative democracy. So why is Parliamentary Representative democracy an inherently corrupt system? This is a good question and the simple answer is within the structure of this system. The system is simply as follows the electorate—the voters go to the polls and whoever receives the largest share of the vote is given a mandate to represent the people regardless of whether he or she received a true majority or not and whether they represent the people or the party is another question and a genuine one. Then the representative called a Member of Parliament, goes to Parliament and speaks up for what they believe is the view of the electorate. Another problem arises when lobbying comes into the fold and this is because it is far easier to convince one individual to your business interest than it would be to convince the masses of people. Also, in most cases MP’s take it as their duty to above all represent their party interests this is what is known as the Dictatorship of the Party. This makes it abundantly clear as to why Parliamentary Representative democracy is inherently corrupt.

So who are the Authoritarian Democrats aka Representative Tyranny and what do they stand for? It has became apparent to the majority of the proletariat and the growing numbers of the Middle Classes in which, they are suffering just as bad as the proletariat, due to the Recession and Wealth Disparity of such vulgar levels and the squeezed middle only getting worse, that their cries of help are only being ignored by the elite that control society in a Plutocratic manner in the 21st Century.

What is an Authoritarian Democrat, it surely cant be just a leader who does not listen, all leaders are like this to a degree. This is quiet correct.

    1. There is more to it than just ignoring the people. An Authoritarian Democrat is one who is defined as a leader and Party that places the will of the Corporations, their
