This book is dedicated to my three children Lillian, Kevonlian, Prince, my grandson and the students that I have taught in church, Leon, Dade and Broward County. In dedicated to the children around the world. When I think of children; I think of the saying of Jesus Christ. He said suffer the little children and forbid them not to come unto me.
Children are an inherent of the Lord, blessed is the man who quiver is full of them. As a mother of three wonderful children, 1 boy and 2 adult daughters, and a grandson. I am amazed of the number of children who are suffering from obesity and in activities. Professional doctors indicate that more children are obese and suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, bulimia, anorexia and other diseases relating to being overweight. Children are engaging in computer programs, technology and the fast way of life for this new generation of get it quick, fix it quick, eat it quick and learn it quick.
Yes, I agree that we live in a microwave society. Everyone want it fast, quick and make it last. No one understand the value of what our forefathers taught us. Work smart, not hard. Keep the oldies and Goldie’s around, respect your elderly etc.
In this book we are going to show the value of the connection between the old and new. What happen to all of the physical activity that created harmony
